...and one was IWGP Jr Heavyweight champion. That has more gravitas to it to me than being NXT champion. One was Universal Champion, One was WWE Champion, One was TNA World Champion, Two were/are US Champion. We could do this all night. I was just stating a fact, not trying to say which championship meant more. As was I, hence my statement.

Being there live was awesome!! The heat the opening segment had, you had to experience it live because it'seems hard to describe.
The Sheamus & Cesaro song was this years big chant and people were chanting it walking out of the building.

I had a great time at Raw (and all the weekend's events, really), and actually didn't know they aired the Goldberg promo on the Network. I absolutely hated that thing. What could have been an endearing goodbye turned into a self-affirmation fest where Goldberg just couldn't help but seek approval from a crowd that had clearly seen enough of him. His primary message was that he did this for his family, not the fans, but yet he couldn't grasp why people might be booing him and tried to play it off like he didn't care, only to reveal how much he really did care by harping on it so incessantly. I just thought it was a really poor way to go out. The crowd was more than willing to clap along and respectfully bid him farewell, but as the promo dragged on, there was definitely a lot of groaning and I think most of the audience was aware of how poorly he was coming off.
I'd never been a fan of Goldberg, but listening to him on Edge & Christian's podcast last week actually gave me a fondness for him I'd never felt before, and his match with Lesnar at Mania helped that cause. He undid all the good will he'd built up with me on Monday.
