Here is my list. I just did one guy/tag team as to not get carried away. Mattel has really just gotten so much out. Scott Steiner, Raven and Owen Hart are really my major, major, outstanding wants, and I get why those haven't/aren't happening.
1985: Chris Adams & Gino Hernandez 1986: Michael Hayes & Terry Gordy 1987: King Harley Race 1988: Dynamite Kid 1989: Zeus 1990: Jesse Ventura 1991: The Mountie 1992: Jushin Liger 1993: Headshrinkers 1994: Owen Hart 1995: Evil Crush 1996: Sunny 1997: Chyna 1998: Raven 1999: Jeff Jarrett 2000: Scott Steiner 2001: Jerry Lynn 2002: Kurt Angle 2003: Sean O'Haire 2004: Ultimo Dragon 2005: The Sandman 2006: Caribbean Cool Carlito 2007: Deuce 'n Domino 2008: Jeff Hardy 2009: Maria Kanellis

Didn't Jakks have a prototype of him? Besides he's retired from the wrestling business because of that gimmick. I doubt he'd sign a merch deal

Mattel has really done a great job creating a deep roster of WWE superstars going back to the early/mid-80s. With the recent additions of Brutus Beefcake, The Warlord, and The Berzerker, it got me thinking about what are some of the biggest characters that we've yet to see produced in Mattel form. I will start with 1988 and list, in my opinion, the two biggest omissions from the WWF roster from this year. Since I only collect '88 through '98 era of characters, I'll stop there, but feel free to continue or add your own opinions. Here's what I came up with... - 1988: Bad News Brown & Koko B. Ware
- 1989: Zeus & Greg Valentine
- 1990: Dino Bravo & The Genius
- 1991: Virgil & The Mountie
- 1992: Nailz & Repo Man
- 1993: Giant Gonzalez & Ludvig Borga
- 1994: Owen Hart & Bob Backlund
- 1995: Jeff Jarrett & Mabel
- 1996: Ahmed Johnson & Marc Mero
- 1997: Ken Shamrock & The Patriot
- 1998: Dude Love & Val Venis
Several years, specifically '93, '95, and '96, were pretty tough and open for debate, but I went with the names that were closest to the main event. I did not include women in the list but the obvious big omissions there are Alundra, Sherri, Sunny, Sable, Marlena, and Chyna. Certainly for 1992 i think Crush over Nailz Crush has already been made. Yes, I know not Kona Crush or Evil Japan Crush but "Crush" was produced. My list was only for characters not yet made, but I definitely want a Kona Crush too (or Evil Crush then NOD Crush).

Add the Acolytes, Mideon, and Viscera to '98-99.

Agh ok, in that case you might want to remove Dude Love from your list as Mick Foley has many figures just in other gimmicks just like Crush.

It's far from scientific but since he was a different character, I included him but you're right. It's kind of contradictory. Crush, for all intents and purposes, was an entirely different character too despite keeping the name. I'd like to see em both (Crush and Dude) before long.

Mountie* Owen* Dino Bravo* Nailz* Don Muraco* *Never gonna happen Why would a Don Muraco figure never happen?! I would add Dynamite Kid, Marty Jannetty, Jim Brunzell/Killer Bees & Scott Steiner to the list as well. Its looking likely that we may not see Greg Valentine or Harley Race figures although I hope I am wrong. It took 7 years to get a Macho Man figure with a robe so I guess its still possible we still may see some of these legends.

I meant adding Jannetty and Dynamite Kid to the 'never going to happen list'.
Jannetty is part of the concussion lawsuit and Dynamite Kid is not on good terms with WWE from what I have heard.
