Try dipping a Q-Tip in some nail polish remover, and lightly rub the area that has the stain in a circular motion. That's how I got stains off my elite JBL. Be careful though, as this can damage the plastic.

a stain unfortunately is not like a normal paint run mark its in the plastic the same thing will happen if you try to take off shapie with acetone or a nail remover it will give it a blue tint

It depends on the plastic you use it on. Plastic used for the arms and legs it's fine. But the hard plastic used on the torso, crotch piece and hips it will melt and turn white if you use to much.

Find some acne cream with Benzoyl Peroxide in it. Apply it to the stained area of the figure and place it in direct sunlight. Wipe it off the next day. If the stain is still visible, re-do it. Some stains disappear in a day, some take multiple days, but it should eventually work. I've done this with multiple figs and it's like modern day magic.

I'm gonna try this scottydub if it works you should be inducted into the Wfigs hall of fame! I have 2 Questions though: Did you try this with your Yokozuna? What brand do you use exactly? Cheers mate

I don't remember the brand (not sure it matters as long as it has the peroxide in it...I believe at a minimum of 5%). It worked for Christian, Volkoff, Yoko and Rick Martel (all had dye leeched from cloth accessories)...as well as a number or Jakks figs with deep stains (sharpie etc) and old LJN's that even Mr.Clean Magic Erasers wouldn't fix.
Patience is the key. Good luck!

Decided I'd ask here: I just got the E45 Rollins and his left leg has some black marks on it. Can I clean that with nail polish remover or will it bleed onto the rest of the leg?
