Well i can't say 100% for sure it was an amazon employee but its my best guess. It could have been a regular customer who bought it, swapped the belt out, and sent it back. However it had an easily seen rip in the packaging on the right side to get the belt out. So whoever did it was not very sneaky or good about it. Also if I have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund, then the regular non amazon employee had to wait the same amount of time to get his refund. So if amazon really inspected it like the orange sticker on the bottom says they did. Would they not see the belt was swapped/different ? The stock image on the product listing clearing shows the blue belt. You would think amazon would have caught that, maybe not. Is it not a crime to send something back to amazon when you stole something in original packaging ?? Either way the message remains they same, stay away from amazon warehouse deals. Use to work at one of the Amazon wharehouses and can say that an employee wouldn't have time to open a package and swap out a figure. That orange sticker on the box just means that the return item has been "inspected" and is sellable. Saw it on almost everything. You barely have enough time to take a piss let alone swap stuff. There are cameras all around and you are working close to people, like three feet from them. I will add that when I wored at Amazon during the holiday season I did pack a butt load of sex toys. π³ Thank you for your input from your past experience working for amazon. You would think amazon would do a better job inspecting returns, guess not. I made it very clear to the support agent to compare the return to the stock photo in the listing and the belt was swapped out. I hope amazon catches these jerks switching out belts/accessories because it really should not happen for an online company.

Man, sorry to hear that. I actually just scored a free E50 Shane from there when my package showed up 2 weeks after Amazon told me it was lost and had refunded me for it lol.

I bought E46 Booker T from the Amazon warehouse and they sent me Stevie Ray, in Stevie Rays box, with a sticker saying it was good to go.

I have ordered from amazon a TON of times and twice ive been sent a figure where the accessory had been missing or swapped out because of theft. I never once thought it was amazon who did it. I know its the dirtbags who buy and then return it. It happens with amazon just like it would at any local brick and mortar store. Just like walmart and target have clerks who put back a return on the shelf thats not what it originally was, can happen to an online retailer too

I ing despise amazon. Why? If he's a MOC collector I can see his gripe, but honestly 95% of my purchases are from Amazon now and couldn't be happier

I doubt it was a worker. It's more likely that a customer ordered it, swapped the belt, and returned it to Amazon claiming damage. It happened to me with a Katana Suicide Squad figure, I got it NEW from Amazon, not a warehouse deal, and it came missing the Killer Croc BAF piece. I got a refund obviously. This, I doubt anyone would risk losing their job over a small toy.

Only time I got a bum deal from Amazon was ordering a Xavier Woods elite from the Warehouse deals and the box was like it got wet and dried up. The figure was ok and it had the trombone.

Only time I have ever done a Warehouse deal was back in April.
I bought a Ryback basic for less than $6.
It was a good thing I didn't want him for anything but loose.
The figure came outside of the package with the package completely tore apart.

Thanks for the heads up buy I don't think we can say for sure it was someone at Amazon more likely it was a return & a previous customer had yanked the belt...

That's why it's a warehouse deal.
You're not getting a perfect item. It's going to be damaged or returned
and lol at you for jumping to conclusions

I doubt somebody at the warehouse did it. I'm sure it was a return.

This is why I don't mess with warehouse deals. To much risk without seeing the actual item.
