Bayley is getting murdered on RAW. The WWE seem to be burying her and her popularity is massively dropping. The same with Seth, I love Rollins but he seems to be stuck in the same boring story lines been massively under utilised.
I would love to see the WWE pair them up. Put them in a place between face and heel. Have them rebel against the WWE. Create a new faction, an anti-WWE team. Have them turn up at NXT, cut promos, appear in the crowd, interfer in matches. Trying to get recruitments from NXT to joint them, preferably a tag team to add muscle to the group. Almost like a modern day DX. Creating a stable the fans love but the rest of the roster hate.
I think this would be a really fresh idea but something the WWE would have to write really carefully ensuring not to bury them further. Which I'm not sure they would be capable of. Thoughts?

Nice constructive criticism. What would you suggest doing with Bayley to save her from becoming a jobber?

Yeah... no. Honestly, the only way to save Bayley at this point may be just letting her drop to the bottom of the totem pole, and work her way back to the top - essentially recreating her journey from NXT. Which is what they should've done in the first place, but... Vince. Bayley needs the climb for people to get invested in her. There's an easy way to dig Rollins at least partially out of his hole: turn Ambrose. Their 2014 feud was amazing, and they're pretty much magic anytime they work together, so reverse the roles this time. Gives people a reason to give a about him, and gives him a great potential heat magnet to work with. Plus, it gets Ambrose out of dressing like a bear.

Having main roster talent appear at NXT would just make them look like fools that can't cut it. Main roster talent should NEVER go back to NXT. They would look like total failures.

IMO that would give WWE months worth of solid storyline. Have it where Dean just can't let go of what happened when the Shield broke up. It consumes him.

All the groundwork is laid right out already. You could even have them tag for a match at SummerSlam, then after the match is over, have Ambrose turn on Seth exactly the way he did on SHIELD.

I do think Seth and Bayley could use a new direction but I'm not sure an inter-gender stable is the way to go.
My problem with this idea is that I think the men and women should be kept separate except in obvious cases where there is a real relationship, like MIz & Maryse or Mike & Maria Kanellis. The women shouldn't have to play second fiddle to the men and I fear that is what would happened in a mixed stable. Look at the Women's MITB match at the PPV. There was a huge backlash because the end of the match pushed ALL the women into the background so a man could decide the match.
Let the women stand on their own.

One of the biggest travesties is not having Dean Ambrose turn heel when The Shield broke up. He's a natural heel, this cutsie face gimmick is stomach churning. Ambrose is a natural foil to Seth's babyface.
As for Bayley, I just don't like her - she has two expressions - smiling and worried. Nothing else, horrible mic skills, and I'm sorry, work rate does not make you an entertaining wrestler - look no further than your beloved American Alpha. As far as I'm concerned sqweaky clean Bayley is a throwback to the Hulkamania era not for wrestling in 2017.

Bayley has always been the one dimensional love child of Eugene and Punky Brewster. If she's not a superfan, and not a superstar, she's stuck somewhere in-between and that doesn't do anything for anyone. It should have been written on the wall for anyone who was paying attention. She's not attractive, she can't talk, and being a good wrestler on the main roster will get you just about nowhere. It's still Vince's WWE, dammit. I still think she can serve as a lovable loser. So just like we watched for the last few months, women like Alexa Bliss are always going to need people to beat.
There is nothing wrong with Rollins. He's just where they want him. Not more over than Reigns, but still getting the guy-that faces the guy (cough, Triple H, cough) reactions. Rollins is the best total package star on the Raw roster imo, and it's not even close. Look, promo, in-ring ability, and he can feud with anyone as a face or heel. He's going to be in-and-out of the main event scene for the next 10 years.
I expect them to pair Bayley with a guy in similar fashion as they did with Emma and Santino in the past. She actually seems like she'd be great in a comedy role with Big Show. Maybe they can pair her with Kalisto and get like a Hurricane and Mighty Molly type of deal going. She's definitely still trying to find her niche on the main roster and I think it's pretty obvious she needs to veer off in a more entertainment/comedy direction than a super serious competitor gimmick like a Becky or Charlotte.

I think that is a good idea for the future, but I don't think it should happen anytime soon. Seth is still relatively fresh off of his babyface feud with Triple H. Turning him heel again would be too soon, and I don't feel it would work, with him having portrayed the babyface role so well in that feud. And for Bayley, I feel she needs to make more of an impact on the main roster before doing this storyline. And maybe Bayley wouldn't be the best female for this storyline, given how bad her mic skills are.

You could even have them tag for a match at SummerSlam, then after the match is over, have Ambrose turn on Seth exactly the way he did on SHIELD. That's how I'd book it too. Have the Shield in a mini reunion of sorts. Full gear and all. As soon as the match is over have Dean attack Rollins from behind with a chair. Roman looks at Dean in utter shock. Dean shrugs and rolls out of the ring. Following week, Dean explains that after what Rollins did there is no going back. Rollins comes out upset and tries to get at Dean. Roman hates to picks sides. So he plays the peacekeeper for a few weeks till Dean eventually alienates him as well. There's at least 6 months of good PPV main events right there.

Excuse me but what exactly do you want from wrestling in 2017? No characters and bland attires? Bayley wears colours which are popular with kids and why highlight her bad mic skills when most of the other women are just as bad?

Bayley shouldn't be cutting promos and her character doing run ins on matches makes no sense.

I keep seeing posts about how bad Bayley is at talking and I can't help but wonder if everyone is just piling on, or if they actually forget how cringeworthy the vast majority of female promos have been since the revolution started.
Then: Good promos and horrible wresting Now: Good wrestling and horrible promos Forever: Wrestling fans have short term memory problems
