So I was wondering what everyone's favourite Golden Era/New Gen champion is in figure form?
My favourite wrestler was Bret but my fav figure that I look forward to the most is Warrior. Anyone else have different favourites?

I was never a huge fan of Hulk Hogan. I was always into Macho Madness. All that being said, I think the red & yellow DM Hogan is one of the best wrestling figures ever made. It almost annoys me how perfect it is.
The new DM Savage is almost perfect. Almost got my vote. But the face is just okay. I wish Mattel would have reused the first smiling scan but enlarged it slightly.

I don't wanna be "that guy", but doesn't HBK count as New Generation? The NG started in 94, he didn't win his first WWF Title until 1996.

HBK, Diesel, Sid, and especially Stone Cold are not Golden Era. Yoko and Bret were at the tail end of the Golden Era but its even a stretch to consider them since their reigns are most commonly associated with The New Generation.

So true, forgot to add New Gen in the poll title. Now amended 😉

Bret. I really hope we get a pink top, black tights 96-97 elite Bret. Ever since I was a kid and saw Jakks BCA Series 2 Bret, I wanted that attire in figure form and I could never find that one. Man, I miss those days, though.

Technically early A.E but my WM 30 HBK (WM 14) is my favorite

I really like Hogan, Savage, Warrior, Andre, and Slaughter.
But this Iron Sheik is awesome, perhaps underrated.

DM Hogan is one of my favorite figures made by Mattel, but my vote went to Randy Savage. His figures are off the charts awesome.

I love the Hogan DM but the split down the front shirt makes it somewhat flawed. I love the slit down the shirt. Never could recreate an actual Hogan rip with those slitted plastic shirts

If Sid friggin MAIN EVENTED Wrestlemania 8, then he counts. HBK (character debuts in 1991) counts. Diesel (May 93?) counts.
Also, this "Attitude Era" starts in November 1996. Not November 1997 or the night after Wrestlemania 14 or whatever.

They should have put the belt on Roddy Piper at some point.
