So. I'm just going to address the elephant in the room upfront. What'll his trunks look like were he to wrestle again? That's a good point, kinda like Goldberg's and Orton's trunks are based around their tattoos. I'm gonna guess (if he ever wrestles again) he'll just wear the same trunk design out of habit/laziness.

The dude's humble. Just because he doesn't constantly post negative things going on in his life doesn't mean he is superficial. Rock wants to spread happiness and positivity to those who follow him. Like bababooey said the guys battled depression. Depressed people tend not show that they're going through crap because they don't want to bring others down. They will always be extremely positive and even put helping other feel good. Many celebrities are like that. Robin Williams was one of them. The public never really knew how bad he was suffering because he always made light of the fact. I do the same thing I don't let people in on when I'm feeling depressed. I'll come off as being happy and positive because that's how I want others to be. Joey Cush Yeah, he's the face of humility, alright. Now I don't know the Rock personally, much like all of us here, but I don't think you can judge the guy's humility by pics of him posing next to a luxury car that he's earned with success. I mean none of us know how he is for sure, I'll give you that. But The Rock is a guy who has a come a long way since his broke, depressed days of being lost in the world before wrestling. Yeah he comes off as cocky and arrogant at times, but people know that's his character/personality on-camera; that's how you know its Dwayne, cause he's been doing that stuff ever since coming up in the wrestling business before transitioning into Hollywood. And like others have said, while coming off as "superficial and comically arrogant," he seems like a genuinely humble and kind person who looks to spread positivity with everyone. He's always smiling and laughing, which doesn't necessarily mean "fake" especially with how sincere and down to earth he is with his fans and his love for the people around him, and vice versa. Think about heel Hollywood Rock in 2003, he was such an arrogant a**hole who everyone still cheered because they knew that was a natural character for him - the epitome of a lovable heel.

Thats a bullcrap reasoning for your disdain of the guy. Especially when he's used his money to buy his parents a house, cars for members of his family, even his maid. If he comes across a fan he goes out of his way to greet them. He started a Charity Foundation to help terminally ill kids. He takes time out of his day to send messages to sick kids. None of which he is required to do yet choose to. The reason he did those cheesy Disney kid movies, that people give him crap for, was so his daughter and other kids could see him act in movies. But nah you're right he too happy. Smiles too much. him he's a self centered piece of crap.

Looks cool. I expect to see this on a future figure, once he's shown up on WWE programming with it.

So let me get this straight...
Now we are going to judge Dwayne Johnson based off a tattoo?
And we are going to judge him based off a character he plays on a TV show?
We are going to pretend we know him cause we watched him on TV?
I'm sorry, but that is stupid. Comment on the tattoo. Love it/hate it all ya want, but don't pretend to know more than you do.

It doesn't match his famous polynesean tattoo AT ALL... IMO this was not a good decision.

He's been super successful and made billions of dollars. What's he supposed to do: not spend it? As someone else has said, he's spent a lot of money on others rather than himself as well, including charity. I don't think I've seen a more moronic argument on this forum in all the years I've been here.

I can't actually imagine him fitting in this car lol

RIP Brahma Bull. If he ever returns to wrestling he will have to have a different trunk design now.

When I first saw it, I thought he was also going to add to it. It just looks weird to see the brahma bull gone. The first thing I thought when I saw this was the bull eyed dragon from yugioh I think the detail work is great, but I don't like this tattoo to be honest.

1 more reason to dislike the guy. I can't think of a more insincere person walking the planet. Hope this is sarcasm. He explained the evolution of the tattoo. It's still bull also. I would understand your anger if he got something completely different. I personally like this new one. Why do people hate on The Rock? He found something better and can still come back to please us wrestling fans. Although if he does, he'll receive the same criticism as Brock Lesnar It's typical IWC bullcrap. 17 years ago they were swinging from his nuts like a monkey from a tree...now it's cool to hate him. Yet so many were pining for him to come back during Cena's reign of terror.

It's going to be weird and take some getting used to. That tattoo is synonymous with the Rock. At the end of the day I get the whole evolution thing but it feels like a part of my teenage years is gone.

The Rock is no more, he's simply Dwayne now. Seems he's continued to do everything he can to get as far away from the wrestling business as possible since his very early days in WWE, and that pretty much completes the separation.

What I don't get is why people are so mad at him for distancing himself to pursue other things. He gave his time, energy, and body to us. He doesn't owe us anything. And then he returned and everyone bitched. They said he was stale, no longer funny, and was just a part timer taking people's spots. Then he leaves again. Gets even more famous, is constantly working and is given sh** for not making appearance or for being "fake humble." All of it blows my mind. I'm happy as sh** for the guy. This idea that wrestling fans have that they made wrestlers and that they are owed anything is completely ridiculous. As much as I love pro wrestling, I'd hate to be a main stream wrestler. The fans suck more often than not.
