Anyone tried to create a true wrestler tha mattel never signed with parts from differents packs. I know that we can create mr.america (hogan) but its a gimmick of a signed wrestler. I saw a head with a big long pinch, the punk head, maybe doing executionnet aka terry gordy, but i think the hood is brown instead of black. Show us some of your creations of a true wrestler from the past

No, but I wish the concept of "RECREATE A WRESTLER" could be applied to a figure already signed. For instance, I'd love to be able to go to Ringside Collectibles and click on a link that reads "Recreate" and choose a particular color of wrestling gear or boots/kickpads. I'd like to imagine there's a box of blue trunks or red trunks or Ziggler arms or rubber shirts at their disposal. Click this link and choose to recreate your wrestlers.
I'll use Ken Shamrock in this example because, well, it's what I do.
Click the link and choose Ken Shamrock. Select style of arms, legs, torso mold, color of attire, 1-2 additional accessories. Confirm order. Ken Shamrock will now be delivered wearing blue trunks, painted on leg sleeves, blue and black kick pads, blue knee pads, and IC and tag titles. The cost will naturally be higher but I now get what I want.

Imagine how much this would cost if Mattel did it? The price would be almost a grand to justify the production costs and still would need a ton of people to sign on to turn a small profit.

They should just release a box set, with differents torsos, generic heads, arms and legs. Forget about spartacus, gladiator, or any gimmicks that was never used in wrestling. At least with that we can create guys that look like wrestler. Different colors of hairs, barb or not, long or short hairs. I just think with that kind , it will be easy to create owen hart, dino bravo, etc...

I think that whole line was a huge step in the wrong direction. It had good intentions when it was on paper but in reality it was all fantasy and mythical parts instead of logical parts

Would've liked to have seen more realistic concepts for the CAS line, but apparently that wasn't the target. I did end up buying the Wyatt from the first wave due to its likeness to Strowman, but didn't like the feel of the fig.
Unrelated to the thread, but I just saw that my Ollie's Outlet store has gotten in a CAS line. The Sting and Ambrose one, not too familiar with the line. Priced at $12.99, I believe.

I ended up getting most of these sets through clearance for 5-11 bucks each. Pretty good value for the accessories and stuff I think. You can just make random jobbers with these things and you get some different stuff.

I feel like this line would be a great way to lowkey put parts in that resemble guys that we won't get, eg that head looking quite similar to Paul Ellering
