Heath Slater is an awesome performer that I believe is severely underrated and underused. While the former members of 3MB are currently WWE and NXT world champions, Slater is floating in limbo right now. He's stuck in a jobber tag team, and is rarely on TV to do anything but job. But I had an idea.
Here's what I would do with Slater: have him lose ~5 pounds and head to 205 Live. Here his promo skills can carry him a bit like Enzo, and hopefully the crowd would get behind him. You could have him fued with Neville for the CW title. That way they could do a backstage 3MB reunion with Drew as NXT champion, Jinder as WWE champion, and Slater as Cruiserweight Champion.
I think it would put Slater in a good position where he could shine and have some good matches with the cruiserweights. What do you guys think about this? Do you have any other ideas or would you prefer Heath stay where he is?

But then who would constantly get pinned each week on Raw in tag or singles matches??

But then who would constantly get pinned each week on Raw in tag or singles matches?? Gallows and Anderson? I mean... It wouldn't be much of a change of pace for them. I would love for them to take a chance on Heath holding the IC title but where would they go from There? I love Slater but I don't really have any ideas as to what to do with him.

I always liked him. I always pointed it out during Nexus how he was the guy pulling 50% of the weight in the group while Wade pulled the other half. The guy wrestled more than any of the others, did double duty if I remember correctly, was better in the ring than all the others, and just came off as more committed than everyone else.

I'm a fan of Heath Slater. I would love it if WWE gave him a run with a singles title.

The idea for 205 Live, i would actually like to see something similar to when Matt Hardy first joined the Cruiserweight division in 2003 when he was V1. Could lead to some entertaining segments.

The ball was dropped on Slater during his SD run with Rhyno. IMO they were onto something with the kids & trailer park gimmick. I honestly thought he was about to blow up in popularity. And then.... nothing.
I wouldn't be angry in he joined 205. But I don't think it's necessary for him. I personally would like to see Slater get a pity IC title match against Miz. Miz being over confident lets Slater stick around too long. Slater somehow gets the upset victory. Give Slater a Cinderella type IC run where he somehow someway keeps getting wins.

I've been saying for years that he is money. I know the gimmick was similar but he really is the modern honky Tonk man. He is pretty good in the ring and has great mic skills. He needs the IC or US title and go on a run like HTM, where he cheats escape or just wins or even just goes to draws with the belt. Hold it for a year it will either get the crowd to love him or hate him and want to see him loose.
He is the common man Miz, I really wish the WWE would use talent better.

Always been a Slater fan. Wrestling works in waves. He will be back doing something meaningful soon. Hopefully gets an IC title run in the future.

Its kind of weird he is the last one standing from the original Nexus group. Its a shame nothing has really stuck for him other than short lived tag team stints. Dude has proven he can talk and he isnt bad in the ring. I'd like to see him have a run with the IC/US belt at the very least.

I really became a big fan of his last year during his pursuit of a contract and the Tag Team titles. I miss seeing him and Rhyno being featured in a prominent role.

I'm no Heath Slater fan, but he made that tag team with Rhyno work so maybe he could pull off a singles run and make it entertaining, but there are atleast 5 other jobbers I'd like to see win a mid-card title just for funsies too.

I'm surprised you don't have him in a feud with DIY.

Should have stayed on SD and kept up the underdog tag team gimmick + they were given more time to shine
