I'm tired of my old, small spring ring. So I wanna know, should I spend more money on the Mattel Main Event ring with Goldberg, or should I just get the WCT ring? I know the WCT ring is bigger, but which one is easier to assemble? Which is better for play? Thank you in advance.

WCT for me, but it'll be a personal preference. I like swapping aprons and ropes etc and am a flashback guy so that lets me do all that.

Main Event, Elites look lost in the WCT/ESR.

Main Event, Elites look lost in the WCT/ESR. I agree with this.

WCT... I'm not a fan of the new design for the wwe ring in general (it's too gimmicky etc), that and the fact that there aren't many interchangeable options because it's a modern ring. For the price you're getting a better deal with the WCT ring imo, you get interchangeable turnbuckles that aren't fixed or look cheap, the steel steps are also two pieces and the ringposts are accurate to figure height. Only issue being that the ring is slightly too big... A ring that is $100 or more shouldn't have any of theses issues because that would be a step down imo. It all boils down with what you're comfortable paying.

WCT will be harder to put together, but it's worth it because it can be customized. Most Toys R Uses have them on clearance now for like 40 bucks.
It is a couple inches too big, but again, it has changable ropes, aprons, and turnbuckles.
If the basic ring was fine enough for you, the Main Event Ring seems like a larger version of that. Easy to put together, no fuss. Same style turnbuckles. The apron is higher off the ground. The ropes will be roughly the same height as the basic rings. It's not accurate, but if it didn't bother you on a basic ring, it won't bother you now.
Honestly, I'd go with the WCT for $40 and if you wait, you can probably snag the Main Event ring next year for $50 or $60.

If you haven't already bought the WCT ring then ya get the Main Event one though the WCT has cages and ring skirts and more fun stuff to use with it.

WCT all the way. It’s cheaper and can be customized. The ME ring has ropes that are too short, can’t be customized, and is seriously a lot more money than the WCT version. The only advantage of getting the ME ring is the Goldberg figure.

WCT. I don't like the main event ring post scale.

I have both.
The WCT ASR is far superior. It's not even a comparison. Plus, you can probably get the ASR for a tremendous price since most are on clearance.
I think the only main hang up folks have is the Goldberg comes with the Main Event ring. I understand the want for that figure, but jeeeze it's not worth the $100.
