So my three NXT shelves are broken up into ladies, midcarders and main eventers. My three Golden Age shelves are tag teams, heels, and faces (rooooooughly - I've got Bossman and Savage in faces cause I consider Bossman a toss up and I ran out of room on the heel shelf for Savage's massive cape). On a lark, I decided to try something different for the New Generation shelves. I spent about 15-20 minutes narrowing now the debut and / or look chronologically and displayed them in that order. Thoughts? Should I do them face / heel too? (I still need to get Sid and Ringmaster in there.)

What a beautifully colourful shelf of figures that is! And they look so right all together. I took my figure collection to my parents' house last year to show them off and I lined them up around the room in chronological order according to character debut starting with Bruno Sammartino and ending with an NXT guy who probably wouldn't be the latest now as I've bought a few more since then. It really helps to sort the era's out and just looked pretty cool seeing the general evolution of wrestlers.
My parents are the sort of casual armchair fans that WWE is aimed at: they hate the baddies and love the goodies and find all the unique ones amazing 😂 - all for the 'right' reasons! Vince would love them!

I display world champions separate from eras. I have two shelves for champions. One is for WWF and the other is NWA/WCW. I put those in order of reigns. At one point I wanted to have say Hulk Hogan on the top shelf to represent 84-88 and right below him have the guys that held the NWA title during that time. Ronnie Garvin messed that plan up though.
The rest of them are in order by era on a rack that I made.

I've only recently started collecting Mattel figures, however I have them organized by Series # on pegs for right now like so. And I keep the Elites separate usually wrapped up or boxed to keep prestine. But as for all my old wrestlers, I basically spent like a week, a little bit each day, organizing them by series and I placed them all in plastic totes rather than old boxes. It was all this crap. It was such a mess. It's surprisingly time consuming to organize and clean packages.

Mine is a bit of a mix... Largely I've grouped them by manufacturer but as I have so Jakks figures, they are grouped more by decade. One shelf of 80s CS figures, one for early to mid 90s, one for mid to late 90s, one shelf of late 90s TTL and WCW ToyBiz, one for BCA, could do with 2 shelves really. Mattels are mostly dotted around where I have space. Really need to rearrange some things!

one shelf is in alphabetical order, I display some inside the elimination chamber, some next to commemorative belts, a few stables next to each other, or rivals face to face. the rest are in containers/boxes marked alphabetically.
