Has anyone used this company for ticket buying before? Having a little buyers remorse after using this company through the Seat Geek app.
I’ve done research on TicketNetwork and have seen mixed reviews.

TicketNetwork is technically not a broker themselves, but rather, an aggregate of brokers. They were, at one time, the largest resale marketplace in the world (they're still huge, but StubHub has taken up a good chunk of their market share.)
They don't really stock any inventory themselves, they have contracted brokers who wholesale to them. I'm not sure why they are directly selling to SeatGeak, since SeatGeek is technically the same thing (an aggregate of brokers and individuals listing their tickets for sale.) It may be an instance where TicketNetwork bought a broker's inventory, the sale ended up falling through, and now they're trying to move the inventory via whatever means they think has the best chance of making a profit (in this case, SeatGeek.)
Most individuals never do business with TicketNetwork directly, but through one of their thousands of subsidiary sites. If you just type in "WWE tickets" on Google, several of the top hits are going to be TicketNetwork owned and operated websites.
The majority of complaints you're going to find are simply from people who didn't realize they weren't buying from the box office, later found out, and felt like they paid too much. By and large, they have a fine track record of delivering valid tickets. You likely don't have much of anything to worry about, and SeatGeek has pretty good buyer protection in place as well.
