Don't know if I missed the cut off on questions, but just thought of a few more: Was there someone cancelled from the green card set? Seemed like Crush and Yoks were added later probably because of the set being short on guys. And I don't know if it was asked already, but I would love to know case break downs, unless they changed throughout waves. Were there some instances of boxes being shipped of just one guy? I remember when I found Honky Tonk Man, it was at a Kmart, and they had an entire peg filled with him. Seemed like they got a box of just him. Same with the only time I saw the Nasty Boys, a full peg of them and no LOD to be seen. I doubt we will get such answers, but I'd be interested to hear about possible short-packing/over-packing of certain figures or to certain regions. For me, Nasty Boys were NEVER found in any store, but LOD was plentiful. Don't think I ever saw an entire peg full of them, though. I'm pretty sure LOD and Nasty's were not packed together. That was also around the time when Toy stores started pulling back on Hasbro WWF stock because they had so much unsold from previous series.

I also don't think Nasty Boys were ever sold overseas, as I don't think I've ever seen a non-English card version.

I’m struggling to remember where I bought my Nasty Boys here in the UK - I clearly remember the LOD being in Toys R Us for ages after I bought them but I can’t remember the Nasty Boys being there at the same time. They weren’t available in the catelogue stores here that I can remember, so I must’ve either picked them up in TRU or Woolsworth (I’d guess the latter if I had to), but I’m confident I didn’t buy them abroad in Spain, Italy or France from what I can remember. I don’t remember seeing them available out there, but TBF I can’t remember the LOD being available there either; clearly there are plenty of foreign card versions of the LOD available so maybe I just wasn’t there at the right time. Interesting to think about though.

The Nasty Boys were available in the Index Catalogue Shop Summer Catalogue. I remember they got reduced to £2.99 each to clear at the end of summer catalogue clearance. How I wish I picked some up at the time, considering how much they are selling for now....

I stand corrected then - I have no memory of them being available at Index, but I guess it was 25 years ago now. I may have bought them from there in that case; as stores around here seemed to stop carrying the figures, the Index and Argos catelogues were my main source for new figures for a time. I can relate to your regrets with the discounted figures - I was forever seeing the LOD on the pegs in Toys R Us and got angry every time I saw them as TRU weren’t stocking any new figures that I didn’t have, right up until I started collecting MOC Hasbros and then of course they were gone - and I still don’t have them in my MOC collection now

Should be a good read once it's all completed. Would definitely love to know any list of planned or desired figures that never made it past prototype stages.

Is there a list of all the misprinted cards or figures packaged with the wrong backing card.

Hi All, Just a quick one. I’m working with a few guys who are working on a 1990-94 Wrestling Figure Retrospective Book based on the Hasbro series. Loads of cool photos from the net and private collections and information on Twitter for the book and when it’s goinf to launch. There’s currently a series of questions with figure designer Ron Rudat. With that in mind looking for anything you want answers for and will feature in the book. I know there are lots of topics about Ron and the Hasbro figures. If you’ve anything you want answers on please leave them below! One thing I’ve just remembered - have you had the chance to ask about the plans Hasbro had to include Winston the bulldog with the British Bulldog figure in series 4? The drawings for the bulldog came to light reasonably recently, but I’m not sure if we’ve ever heard the story behind it (if there is one worth telling of course ).

I did find Nastys and LOD together back in NJ when collecting; Rockers and Bushwhackers were in the same case pack. Not sure of the breakdown per case though. Months latter I did see a lot of Nasty boys by themselves, not sure if they were sold cases or just poor sellers. Parents might not have wanted to purchase "Nasty boys" for their little boys to play with ?

Featuring in the book... very rare and hardly seen hand drawing of the original @nativetatanka ‘Tatonka’ figure with Springer mech.

This tends to be a place where people post images and information and don't try to charge for it. Considering a lot of the content you've posted elsewhere for this "book" has already appeared on here, you probably know that.
