Love it and I never thought about anything other than putting Bundy next to Hogan on my pre-88 shelf so thanks for that idea! I have 93, 94 and 95 together because I feel those 3 years are all very similar and blend in my memory (I can still pick out attire changes and short lived gimmicks by year though) but I know what you mean about Tatanka and especially 123 Kid. I think you could the green basic Bushwackers to that as well.
I'd personally love an Adam Bomb, Smokin' Gunns, 95 123 Kid, Ahmed Johnson, long hair/long shorts Bulldog (and short hair/long tights Bulldog), evil Crush, and Godwinn(s). But I would buy pretty much any non-jobber from 87-97 without hesitation and then most from before 87 and a few from 98-00

I miss being a kid and my grandpa bringing over the new issue of WWF magazine. I would read each copy cover to cover multiple times. Ahhh...to be young again.

I’d buy all those guys you mentioned. Bulldog, Ahmed, & Owen are definitely the top guys from this era that we are missing.

The magazines were such a great part of Wrestling back then. I was the same as you, reading them all multiple times. Hell sometimes I still read the old ones every once in a while.

As horrible as WWE Magazine was in it's final years, if it was still around, I'd probably still be a subscriber.

Funny you say you still read them... I just organized all my magazine and did a note on my phone for all the ones I have and need. I need all before 88, all of m 95, and then then a few missing from 99/00 and don’t need anything after that. I have all of the Spotlight magazines, a growing collection of programs, and I just need Superstars 1 and 2. And then add in all my random PWI, The Wrestler, Inside Wrestling etc, the random WWF specials, wcw mags and whatever else I have and it’s a pretty big collection haha. I’d say it’s my number 3 collection behind mattel figures, ultimate Warrior merch and then mags

Love the pics. I m not sure why ppl hate this era so much. Because the product was shoddy. Vinnie Mac still believed that cartoon characters and wrestling went hand in hand in 95. Yeah there were some good matches here in there. Its like putting a diamond in a dead tooth. If you put a diamond in anything that's dead, it's still dead.

I still don't get it. What was the alternative in 95 that didn't have cartoon characters at all. In my opinion ppl just want to have something to say.

Tbh 1995 wasn’t the best year, but it was still very enjoyable as an 11 year old. I feel like 1995 being so bad is another thing the internet made up, kind of like how the internet coined “surfer” Sting. He was never named that until the internet gave it to him. I will agree that Vince could of gave us way better event cards than he did ( I’m looking at you kotr & Summerslam)
