So I picked up the NXT Series 2 figures (thanks Buckey Jaw) and I've been driving myself nuts looking at the AOP trying to figure out if they're the same figure as others have seen. So, do I have the same figure in two different pakages? Is there a correlation to this happening more with one type of carding vs the other?   |

Apparently there was a factory error and a big percentage of the Akam figures ended up with the Rezar heads. But it wasn’t discovered until after they shipped. You have the error Akam with the Rezar head.

Echoing what was just said above, you have two different figures that both have the same head.
Could be worth going back to check if all of the Akam's have the Rezar head and exchanging it for a corrected one.
