Fook The FEDEX!!!!! This year I placed 3 orders in total for Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales & the first one transferred to USPS & was marked as delivered yet never came and I was home all day, i proceeded to contact my neighbors, FedEx & USPS, my local post office and let ringside know of the situation. After that wild goose chase I’ve been expecting a call with an update all week, I finally got that call and they confirmed it’s a lost package and they’re sending a paper slip of some sort saying that it was lost. My package was not priority although my order was just under the $100 mark so They’re expecting me to take this on the chin but would any one here that’s gone through a similar situation recommend what I should do next?
Thanks for reading , shouts out to RSC for an amazing sale & a Happy Holidays to all.

Only shipping problems I've had in the last few months have been with FedEx.
Ordered DM Jericho, Virgil, and Andre from TRU. Jericho and Virgil shipped together, Andre separately. Both packages arrived same day, but needed signatures. Signed the slips, they only dropped one package(ironically the higher priced of the two shipments). They wouldn't leave Andre there. Finally got there when they were attempting delivery. Wouldn't be so bad except the nearest FedEx location is an hour away.

All the shippers blow this time of year. It should usually fall on the seller though or whoever shipped it to get insurance or not. If it's not insured they should take the loss and reship again if need be.
And any of those services where a box originates with UPS or FedEx and get handed to USPS for delivery are a complete sham! No way of claiming insurance if damaged or lost. I went through this last year with something I sold on ebay. That was a Fedex Smpartpost package. I also had UPS rip open my packages and steal figures this time of year.
I do sell some stuff on ebay, but around mid November I pulled everything and will not relist/ship anything again until around mid January. Too many careless seasonal workers at all these companies right now, and too much volume.

If Fedex lost the package, they have to reimburse you. Make them do it. Demand to talk to a supervisor and demand reimbursement. You paid for a service and they blew it.

Ya they definitely have to reimburse you or where you ordered from so they can resend your order. I made a huge order from ringside this past summer for almost $300 and ups lost my package. They reimbursed ringside and they resent what i ordered

Notify Paypal or your credit card if you used them. All the shippers blow this time of year. It should usually fall on the seller though or whoever shipped it to get insurance or not. Too many careless seasonal workers at all these companies right now, and too much volume. I pulled mine for the same reason. I don't need the headache. I'm not a business, I'm just trying to get rid of some old stuff I don't want.

Come on, you can’t say all the shippers blow this time of season, I alaways go Brown UPS is the the shizzzz, you have to think this is the busiest time of year for anyone, the amount of packages that a business pushes threw is crazy I can personally say I’ve never had a lost package or anything damaged and I spend several hundred dollars a month on Figures I’m a huge colllector , I know it sucks but some times it happens you always have the option to choose who you ship threw with ringside so going forward make sure you pick a shipper you can trust and count on and hopefully it never happens to you again everyone is just trying to do there job and I know it’s busy but we bash enuff around here it’s Christmas let’s be thankful for all and remember the reason Merry Christmas everyone and to quote Tony Tim “ God bless us, Everyone!”

Had this happen to me in September with hascon deadpool. I was off all day the day they claimed it was delivered. Emailed hasbro a few times but then they went silent. Finally i emailed them and was firm and direct in what i expected, them to find another no matter of it had to come off of the company ceo's desk. I had a response from a supervisor within 5 hours and a new figure delivered in 3 days. You have to be a dick to get anywhere.

Well it’s a shame you feel that way, specially over a figure, in the past a certain Fortune 500 company I was a supervisor/manager, I treated my people like crap, degraded them, yelled , talked to them like trash, that mentality may have worked in the past and boy did I climb the corporate ladder being a Dick! Boy that is not how I want to be remembered, so I had to make a change treating people with dignity and respect will still always come threw fortunately now at the age of 43 I’m a retired stay at home dad I’m truly blessed , I give , I donate time , and I help others , listen all I’m saying and what I’m trying to convey is we need to lighten up on things , we can all agree to disagree, but when we start the bashing and making it personal there is no need for that most of us are older and we have a great passion collecting let’s not loose that vision with hate, I get it listen in the past man when something went wrong I went off that’s no way to get threw life .. I love my Figures just as much as the next but it’s gonna happen , crushed packages, lost, late , all that you have to find someone you can trust and Brown has always came threw for me , always I never had serious problems but I’ve had a few little things here and there and they always made good no questions asked , your government post office doesn’t give to craps about nothing only the big $$$$ and fed Ex is just trying to compete at what ever means nessesary, so choose wisely you always have a choice .. hope this was helpful good luck to all my fello collectors out there and happy hunting 😁

Never had a issue with FedEx, or ups... usps is another story. They're lazy, rude and lie about attempting to deliver packages. On two separate occasions I've had packages stolen from them putting it in a random mailbox or never really showing up with my stuff. I've done things where I had to call to make a case and nothing is done about it... My local post office has a rating of a 1 for a reason and there's usually some kind of problem every single time I go there.

I sell a decent amount of figures, baseball cards, pops, etc all year long on eBay. Lots of complaints in the last few weeks of damaged, missing packages. I only use usps. I do think there is a overwhelming workload for shipping companies and they screw up BUT also I find toy and card collectors to be greedy and unethical people to deal with on eBay. Many false claims, everything arrives "damaged" can I get a refund, you name it! Sad! Did a little study where I marked as shipped but kept the tracking number to myself, claims of packages never showing up increased. I send them the shipping number then all of a sudden oh thanks my neighbor had it, oh the post office had it yadda yadda. Will be taking a break from selling in 2018.

Seller ends up being responsible. You’re not paying any of the postal services for shipping, the seller is. Seller is responsible for getting product that you paid for to you safely. It’s unfortunate, but that’s how it goes... every package has tracking, and every package should be insured by the seller in case this sort of thing happens. Obviously the cheaper method for shipping doesn’t automatically include insurance. Ringside states they aren’t responsible for lost/stolen or damaged products on their site. When really, they are lol it’s not their fault, but the customer didn’t get what they paid for, that’s black and white, just ask your bank

Never had much trouble with any shipping company. most of the time FedEx sends mine to the local post office for delivery.
