Can we brand this... The Winter of Dolph? You know, instead of the "Summer of Punk" As long as we all acknowledge that next summer is finally the Summer of Geroge. I think we have to. Because a George divided against itself cannot stand.

He needs to be the WWEs Naito. Not giving s. That would be so amazing.

I always get the feeling that when lesbians are looking at me they’re thinking, that’s why I’m not a heterosexual.

I say just let him be Shawn Michaels, as much as they physically can... without the actual “Heartbreak Kid” moniker.
Mannerisms, superkick, valet, bodyguard... give it all to him.

Posing for Playgirl, losing his smile, sticking the Canadian flag up his nose, being the beneficiary of a legitimate screwjob, flopping like a fish outta water during a match with Hulk Hogan,...

Not even throwing title on him is going to save him at this point. He’s damaged goods in WWE. I think he’s honestly scared to make that transition to the indie scene. He probably thinks that WWE money is the highest he’ll ever make. But what he doesn’t is the longer he stays there, the more his career will die. Cody got out of there right on time, right before they can do more harm to him. Now he’s make no more money than he did in WWE.
Dolph nearly had a career rejuvenation last year and they squashed that dead in its track. They’re only going to go so far with him, and the fans will only care so little. He needs to get out of there.

I think this could be the kick in the butt that Dolph’s career needs but the WWE won’t likely do anything with it as always.
Go back and watch Dolph from 2010-2013. The guy was motivated and his ring work was great. The fans were crazy for him. Even with all the damage to his character since then I still think they can get him over again like they did very briefly last year.
This is gonna sound crazy but why not use this to push him to face AJ for the title at WM. Dolph has never had a 1v1 match at WM, and working with AJ for the title would motivate anyone. The match would be great and it would be something different than what we’re expecting.

This angle reminds me of when Shawn Michaels "Lost his Smile" and walked away for a time.
10-1 Dolph will be back in time for Mania where we'll get a United States Championship Unification Ladder Match.

Reminder that Fatu was with WWE for years, under multiple gimmicks, accomplishing nothing before he became Rikishi, easier one of the most over guys (before a mistimed heel turn killed him dead).
Everyone has a chance to be great.

With this current story, I think it is HIGHLY unlikely he is leaving. But I would definitely prefer if he did.
