So we've had WWF Hasbro/Mattel retros in the last year or 2, well whats the chances of WCW Galoob Retro's. I'm not asking for much here, just a few Cactus Jack, Stunning Steve Austin, NWO Goldberg and the like. What's your thoughts? It's a yes from me.

I would rather just see Elites or Hasbro retros of those. I dont mind the Galoobs but they arent really marketable to the kids now a days as they dont move at all. Very dated, as are the retro hasbros but they had a bigger following and atleast have some mobility

If they made these I can relive the day when I found a bunch of them at a flea market for 50 cents a piece.

I believe Bill said in a Q&A that they wouldn’t go that route due to it being too expensive to ship.

i always liked galoobs better than hasbros. except the doom figures were terrible and some of the heads werent scaled well amongst each other but overall they were much more fun to play with

Ah, yes. I forget they weren’t the same scale. I only owned a macho macho man ljn and a wcw galoob belt when I was a kid lol. I wasn’t really into the ljn/galoob growing up. Not a bad idea to revamp those though. Depending on the talent I’d buy em!

I would love it and buy every single one of 'em!
ON THE OTHER HAND, we'd hear "CENA as a GALOOB?! Where the hell are Tommy Rich and Cuban Assassin?! Mattel has failed and should go out of business." "Ugh, Stan Hansen in BLACK?! Why not a more colorful attire? That was the worst choice possible." "I can't believe that AJ's rib tattoos are the wrong font size. This is the worst disaster since the Hindenburg."

People seem to forget that these are still targeted towards kids while also appealing to adult collectors. I collected Hasbros when they were around and don't remember too many of my friends complaining about the lack of Brunos or Billy Grahams in the line.

dear god no, Galoobs were good for the period and all, but they do not need to make a comeback, stick to the hasbros.

All I know of are the other company that did the M.U.S.C.L.E style ones and the bucket of the little plastic Royal Rumble figurines. The Rumblers were awesome but they had a bit of articulation.
