Five of those six have already gotten Elites, so that disqualifies them from the conversation.
Of male wrestlers who have basics? Carlito, Titus ONeil, Darren Young, Jinder Mahal, and Shelton Benjamin come to mind. Dustin Rhodes also seems like he'd be a shoe in.
Of people who haven't been or wouldn't/can't be made, the most glaring holes, imho, are Owen Hart, Chris Benoit, Shane Douglas, Raven, Ultimo Dragon, Psychosis, Kenny Omega, Great Muta, Masahiro Chono, Scott Norton, Superstar Billy Graham, Dynamite Kid, Chyna, Sandman, Tazz, Public Enemy, Kevin Sullivan, Konnan, Vampiro, Kassius Ohno, Eric Young, James Storm, Christopher Daniels/Curry Man, Alex Wright, Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane, JJ Dillon, the Young Bucks, Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, Liv Morgan, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, and Disco Inferno all come to mind.. but it's not really right to say any of them are "overdue" before the previous few.
