technically still a rumor depending on how inside Bin Hamin is.... On the Bin Hamin Lockerroom podcast he talks about what he's heard about Ziggler's contract, it all starts around the 53:30 minute mark. itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/hackerhamin/id1230642052?mt=2&i=1000401871021The gist of it, is that Ziggler got a sweetheart deal that he couldn't refuse recently. he doesn't have to stay at the arena after his matches, he doesn't have any issues with putting other wrestlers over, and he can do outside projects as long as they don't conflict with his schedule. I also read on other sites that it's a 2 year contract... but they talk about this podcast which doesn't mention contract length.

WWE have basically killed any enthusiasm that I have for Dolph. This new deal - if true - pretty much confirms he doesn't care about his career either.

Why? He's nothing but dead weight now.

I can’t wait to see what they have planned for him if this is true.

Seems like he got a nice deal out of it, he can keep coasting along in wrestling for the paycheck and still have some freedom to do whatever he’s passionate about. They get a decent enhancement talent out of it. Good for him.

Dolph is enhancement talent now. Same as Hawkins and Ryder. Guys who are passionate about the company they work for and are perfectly okay in being in a small role.

Good for him. Sounds like he got most of what he wanted and that's always a good thing.

Good for him if this is true. I don’t know how much passion he really has but if he’s making a nice penny and not going crazy to do it, why not? Makes you wonder what kind of leverage wrestlers are starting to build with their contract demands

I stopped caring when he kept doing nothing after winning Survivor Series.

He probably doesn’t even care about his position on the card anymore. He’s pretty much winding down and only cares about the checks coming in. Couldn’t blame him though. If he was offered a sweet deal, why not? Especially if you don’t care anymore.

Man that pop he got when he cashed in on Del Rio though.

Good for him. He can work a lighter schedule and make good money. Only wrestlers who are marks care about wins and losses. It's just a tv show.

Dolph is being used the same way Kane and Big Show have been used, they're brought in after an absence off screen, given a push, made to look good, enter a title match or match with someone they want to get over, just to lose the match that matters. Kane and Big Show have spent the last 10 years getting a good pay check and being nothing more than "a good hand" Kane, Show and Ziggler have all had runs as world champion, US and IC champion, and Tag champions, I could see Ziggler cruising like Show and Kane have done from here on out, especially now he gets to do his side projects too.

Good for him. People need to realise that lots of wrestlers could only dream of being in Zigglers position. He's a future HOFer and a huge name in the company so why not sign a new contract and continue doing what he enjoys?
Just because he isn't a 6 time world champion doesn't mean he hasn't had an awesome career. Ted Dibiase never won the world title and that didn't stop him from becoming a wrestling Legend.

Only if The nL team of Perfection actually becomes a team. That's the only way I'll ever like him.

He needs to leave and do what Cody has done. He's just a total nobody who could be a megastar.
