If he had a good reason to be driving while on medication and if he actually was on medication and not RVD's "stuff" then he should be fine

Jimmy Uso had a DWI and that dude just defended a championship last night.
Some will say you can't compare one guy to the other, but taking it for what its worth Jeff's punishment should be no different.

It's important to remember it was Jimmy's first offense (that I know of) but since Hardy left and returned, do his past strikes still count? There really seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. Regal failed a wellness test and had his push taken away. Reigns fails one and he didn't even lose his main event PPV match that month. I don't know if there's a way to predict what will happen at all. Seems it depends on their mood that day. I lean more towards Hardy being just fine in the fallout though.

Depends if his previous wellness policy violations carry on from his last run. Was he on two when he left/was fired and went to TNA? Could be bad news, at least Mattel got a lot of Jeff figures out quickly.

Not to be that guy, but I just pulled the trigger on ordering E57 just in case.
Hopefully it isn't as bad as it seems and he gets a warning. As long as it wasn't something illegal, he shouldn't get a Wellness Strike, right?

Well from everything I read they legally had to arrest him because he wasn't supposed to be in the car with that prescription... But don't know if he was charged with anything cuz he was released like an hour later and if you've ever been arrested it takes a lot longer than an hour to get out of jail even if you're famous so they may have just been putting him through what they officially had to since he broke the law

Then again, only Hardy and the police know what really happened. Did $8K damage to his car and $5K damage to the guardrail, supposedly. Officer Kelemecz wrote the following on the accident: "Driver of Vehicle #1 ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right N bound lane of travel. The driver was arrested and charged with DWI."

Could be bad news, at least Mattel got a lot of Jeff figures out quickly. When he was first resigned Meltzer wrote that the two previous strikes carried over. Whether this would count as a violation or how WWE handles it remains to be seen. But either way it's definitely cause for concern with Jeff's history.

Bill just announced on Twitter that all Jeff Hardy figs have been pulled from case shipments and production has stopped on figures that haven’t been shipped yet.

When Reigns failed he lost the WWE title to Rollins at MITB and then served a 30 day suspension. When he returned he took the pin in the triple threat against Dean and Seth at Battleground. He never had an official match at Summerslam. He didn’t get his first PPV win until Clash of Champions.

He never had an official match at Summerslam. He didn’t get his first PPV win until Clash of Champions. Yes, wasn't saying Reigns got nothing, though it seems I eluded to it. More so trying to depict how there's no set punishments it seems.

Seeing as he has long history of this behavior, it was only time till he messed up since getting signed again.
I don’t think this will have any impact, as the uso guy has several. But I could imagine they had a long talk with both Hardy’s before they resigned regarding their history of substance abuse.

I couldn't find the tweet That's because it doesn't exist. Anything said about Hardy's fate is speculation at this point. Too much potential for misinformation in this thread, and honestly I don't see a need for a Mattel board discussion on Jeff Hardy's arrest. Not unless something changes with the status of Hardy's contract. If you want to discuss it, I'd say stick with the original thread on the WWE board: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/351570/jeff-hardy-arrested
