Makes me want to be frugal with my money. Don't want to end up like Flair havin' to do that at his age.

I did not realize (or maybe didn't want to realize) this was a mainstream song. I thought it was something underground like Gucci Gang.

I just don't get Rap anymore. I was into it through the golden age (hell, my sister copied me Straight outta Compton by NWA in '89 when I was 8 haha) from '89 through 2004 deep. Even the artists in the underground not really getting radio play. Now all I have in hip hop are my classics (and discovering 90's albums I never tracked down) and underground stuff (mostly from my favorite area of rap, The Bay Area) everything nowadays just sucks to me. I don't get it. It comes off as a clown show that I feel wouldn't fly 20 years ago.

There are some diamonds in the rough like Kendrick Lamar, but when I see guys like XXX Tentacion and 6ix9ine on the charts, I canāt help but be disappointed.

Omg yes. When 6ix9ine stops being flavor of the month,he'll have a snowball's chance in hell of getting employment anywhere. I hope he's investing wisely.

I remember when I was in middle school (early-mid 90's) it was a big deal if a hip hop/rap act got to do a major late night show. They were normally relegated to Arsenio Hall or In Living Color. Nowadays it's so prevalent, but a lot of it is the trash rap.

I don't mean good as in lyrical content lol I mean good as in they are extremely hype and get the bars/clubs going at any time. He would be this generations DMX as far as sound and sound alone goes.
