A few years back I came up with this WCW Invasion angle and only showed it to a few friends.
I kind of forgot about it but just revisited it today and figured I'd post it here! Hopefully this is a good spot for it.
It sort of bounces around from the December RAWs of '01 to PPVs, including the Royal Rumble, but inevitably builds toward making Wrestlemania 18 a bigger/better card.
It's kind of unorganized, and you'll have to excuse some of the writing (excessive language, missing shows here and there), but like I said, I did it a few years back and didn't really wanna punch it up. It is what it is, in it's first form.
Check out the link above and lemme know what you think! I've taken a lot of liberties here and there, but I wanted to show off what a HUGE WCW invasion could've looked like, and how we could get our Hogan vs. Austin main event out of it.

i noticed that during some parts you wrote "more matches come and go" and "more matches happen" as if you're reviewing episodes of raw, smackdown, and ppv's. Tell us about those matches. who is in them? who went over and how? especially if you're booking in an invasion angle on top of it cause then you can write that someone from WCW interfered, or someone from ECW issued an open challenge.
also don't say "this is where i change it" cause we already know in the subject of this post that you're rebooking.
sorry if i sound like i'm nitpicking. You do have some interesting stuff in here. I personally would love to see a show-by-show presentation of your rebooking of the invasion, but that's just me.
I enjoyed this! I thought it made a ton of sense and everything was well booked.
I probably would've juggled the roles of Bischoff and Flair. Perhaps Steph/Shane sell their stake to Bischoff, who brings back Flair in a wrestling role to represent WCW. Flair bringing in the nWo felt a little wrong. Other than that, ing awesome. Truly.
