The floating cod piece is my one gripe with the storm figure. If that didn’t float I would love the Storm figure and probably would have bought the other two also.

The way Mattel is going the now if they do make Hollywood you will need to buy it with a ring for $100 Nitro ring with entrance stage I’d shove out $200 for that. Waiting forever for that.

I've seen plenty of the Goldberg rings with stolen Goldbergs. If they released the Hollywood Hogan with a ring you'd be hard pressed to find the set complete with the figure.

The figure you speak of is not a mattel figure, it's made by storm collectibles. It is a very good looking figure and is very close to the same scale as a mattel. It blends in nicely with the mattel figures on a shelf or display. It is not a good figure if you plan to play with it mostly because of the wierd crotch piece. This 100%. It's garbage to play with which is why I bought it. Waste of 20 bucks. He sits on my shelf now.

I thought there was a pic of the red/yellow Storm Collectables Hulk. But it seemed to disappear without a trace. Anybody have info? Or is Storm as top secret as Mattel?

I think he means the protos of the new 6" red & yellow Hogan they showed not long ago... I can't seem to find the pics either though(!).

I wanted to chime in here. Now I agree if you play with your figures the Storm Hollywood isn’t the best way to go. But if you don’t, GET IT. I have both of the ones RSC has sold and they are among my favorite figures in my collection. Fantastic detail, they look GREAT on the shelves with your Mattel figs, and the extra articulation is awesome! I was somewhat skeptical at first but once I ordered and received the figure I was blown away. Honestly, I like them so much that if Mattel ever decides to release them, I might just skip them as it won’t be any better than the Storm ones. Also at this point, Mattel would do a stupid cash grab and put it with a $100 ring or as an Entrance Greats where you have to pay $30+ without any cool accessories or titles.

I love the Storm Hollywood Hogan. It's not 100% playable but you can get some decent play out of it, lol.
Also that's the first time I saw the new one .. damn, all those accessories are awesome.
