I wont say that I ever want anyone to lose their jobs. But I also wont say that I have ever given a crap about Big Cas.
The Enzo, Cas and Carmella trio were my least favorite part of NXT when they were being pushed.

Looks like Big Cass made himself look like a Big Ass and you can't teach that.

Sin Cara signed a new deal this time last year. He is pretty popular at the house shows, but obviously the audiences at TV aren't gonna view him as anything special. The company seem to view him as above 205 Live, they need guys to fill live event cards and he has been a constant on them so I'd imagine he will be kept. Fox has stayed around for so many years because Kevin Dunn likes her, nothing more to it than that really. And since Tamina is 2nd generation, she will probably stay too, though could be a good enhancement talent. She is the likeliest of the 3 to depart in my opinion however. Though I do feel if anyone is to go then it is the Colons. There was rumours they were canned last year but I reckon their time is up. I guess it depends when their deals expire since that is how people are usually let go nowadays. With Cass he could have been more but it just wasn't meant to be. By your same logic with Sin Cara, the Colons fill house show cards as well. I think they've earned their spot on the roster and are undervalued by most. They have good matches with anyone, and just because they're not on TV doesn't mean they should be released. Ideally, they'd be perfect to work in the NXT tag division as they are credible former tag champions and obviously a legitimate, cohesive, veteran team. They can serve the role that Tyson Kidd had in the early 2013 era NXT of proving themselves that they still have a lot to offer and that's they have more goals to accomplish. The difference is, they are a tag team, the likelihood is they wouldn't be on as many live events as a singles wrestler would in comparison especially someone like Sin Cara who has a following and given they are so far down on the podium so to speak. Maybe in 8 man tags but the truth is they are not viewed as anything more than job guys and NXT is not always the easy way out, sure Tyson Kidd was good there but what about the likes of Curtis Axel and Titus who went back down there and weren't successful.

That call-up from NXT really worked out well for those two, didn't it? Those Cass figures are going to warm them pegs, for eternity. Consentual Penis and Big Ass heading to the Impact Zone. What's Big Willy doing in the Impact Zone?

I still cant get over the fact Vince himself fired him. Vince doesnt fire 7-footers on a whim, so Big Cass mustve done something to really piss off Vince.

I still cant get over the fact Vince himself fired him. Vince doesnt fire 7-footers on a whim, so Big Cass mustve done something to really piss off Vince. From what I heard of Hugo Savinovich in his youtube channel: 1. It looks like the guy suffered some kind of joke, he was locked in the bus bathroom during a tour, the guy enraged because of that, destroyed the bathroom on his way out, then anybody who wanted to use the bathroom during the travel had to have someone to hold the door so they could do their thing. 2. The guy got very drunk during an European tour. Imagine a guy with this bad attitude and loaded of alcohol. 3. The guy yelled and insulted people from the production team and apparently this is a big NO NO. Production people are the guys in charge to put these shows up, they take care of everything and for an old school person like Vince, these persons are sacred, they should be treated with respect. 4. He kicked a midget during a promo when he was specifically told to NOT do it, more than that, not even touch him. This enraged Vince, because he, at the time, was conducting a No Bully campaign around and this cheap heat was not necessary.

I saw this coming a few months ago. They had noting for him and Cass wasn't doing anything creative to get himself over.

What’s Large Colon doing in the impact zone? ( and yes that’s how they’d spell it)

I guess getting released without being wished the best in your future endeavors can't be taught.

I was sorta surprised when this happened but all the stuff about him being super difficult and just a douche makes me not feel bad for him at all.
It doesn't help that I personally was never a fan of his (or Enzo's) since I felt they were pretty bad in the ring.
I just can't believe that out of the three Carmella is the one who is doing the best.

Update: (From Hugo Savinovitch's blog) The guy also messed with Kevin Dunn. Apparently Kevin Dunn is a very big player in the wrestling game, and the thing is, there was a new writer hired who was assigned to make a promo for Cass, when the time came to make some kind of rehearsal Cass said "no" in a very rude fashion. When the promo aired, Cass made it wrong and took more than the air time allowed to make these promos.
As you know, TV air time is gold for these guys, so he pissed Dunn big time. This plus the other incidents helped Vince make the decision.
Very sad, because the new hired writer got the ax too.

So yeah, Cass was pretty damn problematic. I had a feeling his release had to do with Carmella, wwe should’ve not put them on the same show
