As few of you know, I was in San Francisco for the last few days. I had tickets to a Giants game yesterday, but had a feeling about Tuesday. I called up StubHub on Monday and got a bleacher seat - section 144, row 19, seat 4. It cost me $94.20, but my mom agreed to make it my birthday present (I turn 20 on the 11th).
I was 12 rows away from the home run ball. 12 rows away. Believe it or not. I still have a lot of things to sort through, but I'll show you the pictures from the celebration, game, and of my ticket stub hopefully sometime tonight.
Admins or mods, delete this if you feel necessary. I just think it was pretty radical to be 12 rows away from the greatest record-breaker of all-time (so says ESPN, at least).

I wasn't trampled. Everyone was standing on their seats, jumping up and down, screaming and cheering. Only, I'd say, people within 4 or so rows were the ones gunning for it. I was a good 50 or so feet from it, so I knew I had no chance.

Like Hank Aaron, I was asleep when it happened. But, even as much as I hate Bonds, it would have been cool to be there.

I know you were in San Francisco and all, but was the completely gay scarf absolutely necessary?
I kid, I kid. Congratulations. That's a memory to cherish. Keep those photos, and that stub.

Yes. The gay scarf was necessary. If you didn't know, I'm a closet homosexual for Barry Zito, which explains this photo:

Yes. The gay scarf was necessary. If you didn't know, I'm a closet homosexual for Barry Zito, which explains this photo: It all makes sense now. Thank you for explaining. ...Although, if you fully admit to it, are you still a "closet" homosexual?
