Dollar tree or 5 below is where I usually get it. Oxy maximum strength spot treatment works the best. This does work...the secret is finding a cream with benzoyl peroxide, applying it in an even, not too thick layer to the affected area, setting the figure in the sun, and patience. Let it sit for a day, wash it off, reapply as needed and repeat. Sounds weird, but I swear it works. That's funny, that's what LEGO collectors do to restore their yellowing white bricks back to white. I'm guessing it's a bleaching action because if you do it to colored bricks it makes them lose vibrancy. So, technically, the Oxy could be damaging the plastic, but it's not noticeable on caucasian skin tones.

While on the subject, is there a way to prevent the soft goods from doing this in the first place? I currently store the figures separate from their soft goods, but it would be nice if I didn't have to.

This should get all of the excess dye out of it.

I was surprised but it worked very well with my yokozuna even if the stain was inside the plastic. Be sure to put the figure with cream on it under the sun.
