Good lord. I know it has been a while since I went to WM24 but Jesus. I sat 4th row and spent $400. It's crazy how there's such a huge disparity between prices people are paying for similar seats. I've heard of this happening even for the same show.

That's ing insane. The travel packages don't even cost that much. Glad I got a package. VIP one too, so I'm somewhere in between the 5th and 9th row at ringside.

the live event ticket industry has been absurd for years now. I guess ticketmaster wanted to get in on some of that scam money..

I got a travel package for WrestleMania 33 and when I was pricing everything out, I was on the floor but quite a few rows back; like I was the second to last row to get a collector's chair, and my tickets were priced at like "$850 or something like that. They probably raise them a bit every year and don't see any kind of difference in how fast they're gone. Only makes sense on their end to raise them a little bit and find that cap where people just will not go any higher. I often forget WWE is a Capitalist and publicly-traded company, too.

I've done Mania 2x in a row. Always through packages. Just curious. In anticipation that Miami or Tampa gets WM 36, how much is it for a ringside ticket to NXT and Mania itself. My buddy and I want to just try to get an individual ticket and would like to be front row. We will do one or the other, but want to know how much to start saving. What is a good projection for a ticket price? Keep in mind I will not buy from stub hub, but am going for retail value. Once it hits the secondary market, we're done.

It’s a platinum ticket. Ticketmaster basically resells tickets themselves when original price is less than half of that. The extra 4K tm keeps

Seeing that tag team title match with the Bulldogs and The Dream Team was worth it and the battle royal. LOL the rest was forgettable.

When the general on-sale opened up, I hopped on to see if any of those rows ahead of me would be available for a potential upgrade. They were - at 3.5x the price I paid. That's fine. Row eight works just fine for me.

So if I understand correctly, anything close will already be a premium price? So in theory I'm looking at 8k for front row without it even being second hand?!?

Right now, Row C in Section 11, directly behind commentary, is going for $7,002.00/ea before taxes and fees, directly from Ticketmaster via their Platinum listings. Just off of that, $8k doesn't sound too particularly far fetched. If I were in that budget range, I think I'd opt for Section 4, Row D, Seat 1, which is four rows from the ring and sits directly opposite the guardrail where the ramp meets the ringside area. It's listing around $6k, direct sale, and I always thought it'd be cool to sit there for such a big event. Hell, you could even save $2,000 and go one row back. Those numbers certainly don't make me lament my "nosebleed budget".

A platinum ticket is basically tm scamming you, wwe has nothing to do with that price. Few tickets are moved aside by tm for this. Original is 3k with fees. If you’re willing to pay front row the best bet and cheapest way would probably be the 7k travel package. Almost guaranteed to pull row 1 if you buy right when it starts, at least from what I’ve seen

The goal was to get close, and after being disappointed twice by all but 2 matches, I didn't want to go the route of a travel package in my home state. Looks like I need to rethink things.

So is the green shirt guy paying that much to sit front row center on camera side? If he's got that kind of money to do so, he should start wearing another shirt. No way he pays full price for anything. Pretty sure some of the people who are always first row are related to someone in the company or something like that. I read that he won some kind of judgement against WWE, and part of the judgement was - for a specified time - he gets front row ringside seats to every show.
