So I've just gotten into Hasbro collecting and was about to purchase the retro ring for my detolf. However after looking at the dimensions, it seems it's just a tad too big. Can anyone confirm?
Also, do any of you use smaller rings for inside a detolf? I'd love to see some pics and ideas!

i think the whole retro ring should fit. but if you remove some of the side attachment pieces...the steps or the announce table or the belt table it will definitely fit. also basic rings fit

If anyone has a retro ring, would you mind measuring it with and without the steps? I can't seem to find a good measurement anywhere

If you were to of asked Greg Google this question ('WWE Retro Ring Dimensions), the FIRST thing that pops up is Bezos's site. On there they list the dimensions of everything the sell... In this case it's 14x14.

Someone on here must have a detolf and a retro ring to try it out. I wonder if it would fit w/ all the attachments off.

I always wondered if there is a detolf that I can fit my Jakks scale ring in?

Retro ring will fit with the attachments off but the detolf glass door will not close since the ring sticks out

I really wish there were similar cabinets available at affordable prices and in different sizes. I've known of detolfs for years now, but have never bought one due to just being slightly too small for what I'd like to display.
If there were one just a bit wider, it would be perfect for my title belts. If there were one a bit wider and deeper that could fit the retro ring or Hasbro ring, I'd probably get that.

Hmm...not sure if there have been different models of Detolf's but my Retro ring does fit and the door does close with all attachments removed. The ring over hangs the shelf a bit but not by much.

From someone that has built x14 Detolf cabinets, I always find that they build ever so slightly differently every time - particularly the doors. Whether that's down to minor production batch differences or whatever I don't know, but that maybe could explain why some people say the door won't close on the Retro ring and others say it will.
In my experience, I have a Retro ring lying flat inside one of my Detolfs without the attachments and the door does close easily. If you were to be really observant, you can see the glass door ever so slightly push up against the ring just as the magnets clasp together, but by no means compromising or "squashing" it. It's worth noting that the ring does have more flex anyway with the attachments removed due to the hole cuts (if yours ends up being an even tighter fit than mine). My ring is on the 2nd shelf down inside the cabinet. The pull-force from the magnets may be less/more depending on where you place it (top and bottom shelves are closer to the magnets so that part of the door will have less "give"). Hope that makes sense and is helpful.

I stand corrected it does fit in the detolf. On my top shelf if wasnt fitting in but just tried it on my second shelf and it fits fine. I do have to say these new Ikea detolfs are not how they used to be. All my glass shelfs are wobbily.
