Can't believe he never went in the Hall of Fame during his lifetime..and now it's too late. Rest in peace King Kong Bundy...loved watching you perform.

I was first introduced to him in the mid 90s when he was running around with Million Dollar Man. Thought he was young then. Later came to learn he was already an established legend by that point.
I feel like he epitomized old school larger than life entertainment style wrestling. I could just imagine what it must have been like in small towns back in the day, seeing King Kong Bundy on a poster for an upcoming show. I just imagine people sitting in the crowd back then wondering if he was even human. Being hairless and all, he just looked like a big blob of meat and you would wonder how would you even hurt this guy? If you hit him would he even feel it?

First of all, this is very sad news! He was a true legend in wrestling. I was fortunate enough to meet him in NY 2 years ago. I thought his cage match and the build to it vs Hulk Hogan at WM 2 was great and better than how they build things today.
Second of all, I am not even going to waste my time reading what wwe's statement about him is. WWE didn't give two craps about him when he was alive! Bundy himself didn't give two craps about them or their hall of fame. I hope they don't even bother inducting him now that he isn't alive anymore. They probably will try to get a hold of his estate and I hope they say no.
RIP King Kong Bundy

Right behind Piper, Bundy was my second all time favorite. What cemented that fact is when I met him back in 1987, yea, you read that right, when he was promoting Headstart computers. Met him at a Montgomery Wards, lol. He was a definitely a condominium with legs. I walked up to him and asked him how he was doing. He began to yell at everyone in the line about how considerate I was asking him how he was. lol. He told everyone that they should be as great as me! Hell yes, Bundy put me over as a kid! I met him a couple times after that and he was just the nicest and funniest person. Not to mention he was a pretty good worker being a big guy. "The Colossal Jostle" with Andre, Maple Leaf Gardens splashing the sternum out of the Giant, squashing Lou Albano on Superstars, main event with Hogan, chasing Beaver all over the Silverdome, "Abraham Bundy", and all the world class stuff and everything else. Bundy will never get his due with the WWE. I don't think he'll even get a RIP graphic at the start of Smackdown tonight. He'll be forgotten quick by Vince if Vince hasn't already forgotten about him. But all that. I'll remember Bundy being nice and everything else. Real fans will remember Bundy and what he gave to the business. I have a wrestling show this weekend. And you better be damn sure I'm going to ask for the FIVE count when I pin my opponent. RIP Bundy.

No and quite frankly I hope his family turns it down forever like Martha Hart is. Lol at Enzo mistaking Bundy for George Steele.

After all they like to wait till people are already dead. As for Enzo, he couldn't tell the difference between George Steele and Liv Morgan. Lol.

It depends if they already have the class of 2019 decided ready for ESPN to "first report."

RIP big guy. Him and Big John Studd were a cool tag team when I just started watching WWF in the 80's.
