Wasn’t really sure where to put this so move if needed. My wife had this made for me for Father’s Day and the finished product just arrived. It was essentially just a way to get old wrestling shirts out of the closet but I think it turned out nice. I have enough shirts to make a second blanket. So I’ll probably do that sooner than later. Thought I’d share.

This is so awesome! I love it.
There is definitely going to be some sad people when they see those vintage T’s in there though lol some of those ECW and WCW shirts go for a pretty penny now a days.

Love it! I've debated on doing the same thing with mine. I have boxes of old wrestling shirts dating back to the mid to late 90s. I know some of them would fetch some good money and most don't fit anymore, but I don't want to part with them.
One thing I've wondered about (and you might know) with a lot of shirts (like the Hogan one) is usually two sided. Did you have the option to have the front of a tshirt on one side and the back of a tshirt on the back of the blanket? If I ever did this, I would want to get very detailed like that.

This was my mindset on it. I’m not getting rid of them and this feels like a more efficient way to enjoy them. You can use either side of the shirt for the squares (Hogan/Raven/Jericho/Sandman all the back of shirts) but the actual backside of the blanket is a plain fleece blanket. You can do different sizes on the blankets. I know the next size up is 30 shirts. I did save the other side of some of the shirts. So I can use those on a second blanket if I want.

that's a really sweet piece, a buddy of mine passed away a few years back and his mom used some of his old shirts to make into pillows

This could be the next big thing. They could have specific themes. I could see someone with 24 John Cena shirts to make one of these blankets. They could make a Kliq blanket with 12 nWo and 12 DX themed shirts. They could even make a Bullet Club blanket with all the shirts they have.

Do/will you use it as a blanket? Or display on a wall? That's a cool and personal idea.
