E69 hit at 1 of my nearby Walmart’s. Shocked to be honest. Target still stuck on whatever is left of E66. They do have the peg for the UE figures, but no UE figures in stock or stocked.

There’s a gigantic loser scalper that has lived her and done this since at least 2007. I remember dealing with him and seeing him on here back then and then one day I ran into him at the flea market and he had no idea I knew him. He tried to sell me basic 7 sheamus for $60 when it first came out and I laughed at him.

There's a guy in the Ohio Findings thread who openly tells members where they can find him at the local flea market so they can buy all the good figs he swiped up from the stores lol. Edit: found it Oh. Great. Thanks for letting us know you’ve bought the first three cases of these to hit the city. I’m guessing you want us to come get these from you at Traders World at a premium? No I only bought 3 Pat Patterson’s. I’ll have them available Saturday at traders world building 4

I have 5 Target's and 7 Walmart's in my small town. The only major problem I've seen is repacked toys. I've found an NXT Aleister Black repackaged into a basic Titus O'Neil and an NXT Drew McIntyre repackaged into a basic Chad Gable.... other than that, not much problems. Some competition with other collectors here and there but not too bad. The Marvel legends scene is way different though.

My area is pretty much devoid of elite figures due to scalping and just a greater interest in the hobby as of late. I haven’t seen it this bad in the 5 years that I’ve been involved in collecting. There are 6 major retail stores (3 Target, 3 Walmart) in a 15 mile radius and none of them are regularly stocked. Outside of the occasional AJ Styles and that Charlotte Flair, you don’t find many elites. We have too many collectors waiting for the trucks upon delivery and they take pictures and post them on social media, full boxes in tow. This makes it hard for the casual collector, however, I was able to secure a Bobby Lashley (the only elite available) the other day. The good thing, for me, is one of the scalpers is very good to me and gives me deals when I visit his outlet.

Was that Sheamus first ever figure where it took Mattel a while to make because they had to create an all new skin tone just for him? People were paying $60 when it first came out but a few years later, Sheamus would become the biggest shelfwarmer.

Early on when Mattel took over it was fairly reliable to guess when the new sets would land, but it’s completly unreliable in the last couple of years. I don’t even bother anymore because of all the time and gas that’s wasted since when figures arrive seems to be totally random. I live in a fairly large city with a lot of Targets within half an hour and I never saw some of the HOC series or the NXT series with Alister. Walmarts will rarely get an update but generally are way out of date.
Seems crazy when you go to stores and the shelves are full apart from a nearly empty WWE section. This doesn’t seem to be an issue for anyone else.

Target is completely useless. You cant tell when they get new stock, IF they even get it. Im not going there every day in hopes of seeing something coming out. Walmart has been decent. Ive found what Ive needed there every time Ive gone.

From what I can tell in my area, as far as wrestling figures go, I think we just have several collectors. And in general we buy one of each and try to help each other out
As for the comic figs and Star Wars figs, I don’t know if it’s collectors or scalpers, but some of the stuff gets gone pretty quickly

My Targets have been dead all year. Never got NXT 4, just recently saw Elite 66 pop up. Every Walmart in a 30 mile radius (that was a long day) has Elite 68. Waiting on E69.
And oddly enough, my local Meijer that hasn't gotten any new figures since Elite 61 had Elite 67 today.

I know absolutely no one who also collects wrestling figures, Walmart is usually alright I guess.

Pretty good. There seems to be a few collectors or scalpers in my area but no repack (so far) if a belt comes woth the figure you might find one missing every now and then but I seem to find what I'm looking for.

Being from Canada, when I made this thread I was convinced that my fellow American collectors would have had an easier time finding figures...
But after reading all of the replies in this thread it seems as if we're all in the same boat for the most part.
Right from the get-go with Mattel, distribution was off. Starting from Elite series 1, Canada would only receive 2 of the 4 figures in the wave...and it was always the less sought after (but more popular superstars) we would get. It was because of this that I missed out on a lot of early releases which still bums me out to this day.

I just hope Smyths when it opens doesn't get cases of one figure, it's never fun

The last time I checked my local Smyths and Entertainer it was really good and I was tempted to buy an Elite AJ Styles, but I don’t wanna catch the bug and start collecting again. WWE Mattel seems like an expensive and exhausting hobby especially with all these store exclusive chase figures in the U.S now.

Barely stocked, and multiple scalpers.
I wish I still collected Marvel Legends, the hard-to-find figures seem to stay on the pegs for weeks here.

It’s pretty crapty ... from the broke scalpers trying to buy out the stock to sell at their toy shop/ eBay store for triple the price.
To the sweat hog YouTuber wannabe guy that I’ve seen multiple times recording in the aisle at Walmart and doing multiple takes when he messes up. He does nothing but clog the aisle and stink it up. I swear I smelled cheese and balls when I walked past him. On the plus side while his broke ass was recording I swiped the pat Patterson that was on the pegs. He cried and said he saw it first. General rule once you walk away from the fig you have zero claim to it. He followed me and pleaded .. I told him to F off or catch a fist to the jaw . Hope he posts the clickbait vid so I can laugh at his face
Walmart employees suck and are useless . Target employees at least try and help.

Mine is typically "just meh." Sometimes things show up, sometimes they don't. The biggest issue is one series hanging around for too long and preventing the next series from ever being stocked.
