Last holiday season when I was placing my Ringside order, I was waffling on adding Keith Lee and Matt Riddle basics as I try not to get Basics unless it is someone we aren’t likely to see again. I caved in and added them with my order. They weren’t preorders still, so everything would come at once. I had seen Riddle in the store maybe twice but I never saw that Keith Lee pop up in a store nor did I ever see him available from a Walmart, Amazon or Target website as I feel I did for others in that series. Very thankful I made the right call there, instead of waiting on retail.
Similarly, I am very glad I pulled the trigger on preordering Otis from RSC. My friends who like wrestling know I loved Otis early in his NXT run so I had to order the figure when it went up. Given his unexpected major push and a pandemic, I’m glad I did. When I saw people here talking backorder on RSC, I looked on eBay and was shocked that at the time there was one on there and it was $150! Guessing with the big push he will be hard to get even when the big box stores get him, so glad I got it out of the way early.

The only figure Ive ever pre-ordered was the Storm Collectibles Hulk Hogan in white. Ive wanted that attire forever and it was limited to 1000 units, so it was going to sell out quick. It also came in the mail on my birthday.

Too many to list, but Drew McIntyre is the closest. Picked him up before this year's Rumble and he shot up quick

I've never pre-ordered anything in my life.
I gave serious considerations to figures I knew I would want in my collection E59 Angle, E70 Dolph, E66 Styles, E77 Rude, etc. I never pulled the trigger and was able to get all of those (except Rude) at retail.
Since I'm in Canada and don't have a Target I'll 100% definitely be pre-ordering Legends 8 Eddie Guerrero. Probably 2 of them.

"Ordered" Gorilla from eBay pretty much right away for $40. Seeing it now for 100+ makes my wallet hurt.

The only figure I've ever preordered was the Fiend, and while I'm glad I did, I'm kinda sad at how the figure turned out. When (not if) they release another, better figure, I'll be pre-ordering that one as well.
Gorilla was an instant buy when I saw him at Walmart. I'm not even interested in that era and I knew I had to get him. Eventually traded him for a Target Ex. Paige
If anything, the few figure-related things I'm glad I jumped on are the RSC stands. I ordered about eight boxes of stands around Black Friday last year, and I ran out of them by March. I bought another five boxes here a month ago, and I fear what will happen when they run out.

Main line... I have Fiend pre-ordered so that’s probably up there even though it’s not at retail yet. E71 Adam Cole perhaps. E75 Dunne. E73 Aleister. E59 Angle.
Regrettable one... Top Picks series 1 AJ, Finn, and Rollins. No reason to pre-order those knowing how that turned out.

Haven’t felt the need to pre-order anything besides NJPW series 1 & 2 and Blassie from RSC.
If these regular price pre-orders become more of a thing, I’ll go that route especially if Amazon starts doing it for Elites.
