I just sold all 650+ of mine ... glad I did it. My son has a play room, I got plenty more money than I put into it and I dont have to worry about buying them anymore. It was fun for a few years, then it become obvious that it is starting to change and it isn’t worth it to continue anymore. Wow, you actually did it? I've got to ask ... no need to be exact or anything, and no need to answer, but I'd love to know ballpark what you ended up getting for everything.

Various Basic John Cenas from 2010-2012: I couldve used them for headswaps with recent Elite Cenas that have hideous scans.
BP Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel: I sold them separately and only got $19 total, but couldve gotten a lot more if I had sold them together as International Air Strike

I'm too lazy to sell figures these days, and I don't have much reason to, so I haven't sold any and have no regrets. Non-wrestling? I used to make custom McFarlane Sportspicks, and I sold two Buffalo Sabres for decent money but wish now I still had them (I did the packages and everything). I figured at the time I'd be making my own, but I got away from the hobby and never have. That was over 12 years ago. I have a few wrestling figures I'd sell, but eBay seems like a chore now. I don't think I'd regret those, though (only one way to find out I guess...).

Mattel’s figures are amazing but collecting the legends and flashbacks really sucks now. They’re just too difficult to get. And there aren’t enough new legends. But I’ll never sell my collection though.

I really don't regret selling any figures. If I would have to choose it would be E11 CM Punk

Only one I can think of was Moc Akeem I sold for $30 At the time I didn’t really want Akeem. (I bought it for $10 and at 30 I thought it was a good flip)

All MOC:
E72 Roderick Strong - Sold for $40 E71 Drew - Sold for $40 E50 Shane- Sold for $20 E72 Batista - Sold for $25
Probably a bunch more that I can't name of the top of my head. Could've made quite a bit on those.

Sold them all with the exception of Shamrock, Ronda and Shayna. I still have a spot for Riddle to round out my beloved cross over stars but even that’s whatever. The business took a turn in a direction opposite of mine and I unloaded them with zero regrets. Did you have Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, Shinsuke Nakamura and Rezar in your MMA crossover collection?

Actually, I don't believe I've ever even sold a WWE figure. I've traded exactly two, and I don't really regret either.
Now, other figures, mind you. I traded some Buffy figures awhile back that I regretted. I wish I hadn't gotten rid of my one LE Anya figure as now I want it back and I can't afford to pay for another. I did eventually re-buy the Spike figure I sold, and the Tara I left alone. I had a better Tara MOC that I wound up opening in her place.
All that said, the figure I got in exchange is pretty cool and damn near impossible to come by now, so I supposed it was a fair deal. I've yet to even see a D'Hoffryn come up for sale anywhere, so I'm not too salty.
For the most part, when I buy figures, it's to keep. If I don't want them anymore, I wrap them up and stick them in a tote. There's too much regret involved in offloading collectibles. It isn't worth it.

I don't think I've ever sold a wrestling figure besides the ones I had as a kid

I usually don't think about selling, but I've been in hard times in the past and got rid of stuff. The biggest things I regret selling are the Toybiz 12" Sting and AJ Styles. Bought them new from Ringside at $20 each. Sold them when I sold off most of my wrestling collection in 2010-11 or so. A few years back I decided to start collecting Sting and AJ Styles figures. Just spent over $75 to get AJ back and will be looking at over $100 for Sting, and they don't show up on Ebay often. I kick myself a lot for getting rid of those.
The Jakks stuff I sold, I don't miss for a second. I do miss my DC Universe Classics collection, though, as I sold it before I ever really displayed it all together even once.

I sold off a chunk of my DCUC collection (Black Manta, Dr Fate, Power Girl, Green Arrow, Vigilante, Commander Steel, Blue Devil, OMAC) for almost nothing so I can get money to buy the DC Club Infinite Poison Ivy...and then the figure sold out immediately on Matty Collector

About 6-7 years ago, I was moving in with my girlfriend at the time, and sold off my complete collection of Mattel Legends MOC, including all the Matty Collector ones, along with every elite Flashback from Elite 12 Kane up to Elite 18 Undertaker, also MOC, as well as about 90% of my loose collection which I would estimate to be over 1500 figures of all brands from 1997-2013, all mint and complete. I got $3000 out of it but I cant imagine what all of that would be worth now. And that relationship only lasted about a year after that so I really sold it off for nothing.
