All I see is a wishlist, half of what you mentioned are not in any legends deals. I’m aware of that, just pointing out the potential for 3 packs over 4. Besides elite two packs come out like 3x a year right? At that count my list could last long enough to sign most of them. 4 years ago Hogan, Angle, Hardy boys and Goldberg were just a wish list and now we have them all. Those are some of the biggest draws in wrestling. Quite a difference between them and Truth Commission, Kat, Debra, DOA, etc.

Thinking of budget/deco as well as attires. All simple trunks, reusable parts, no entrance/extra gear, 2 x black attires etc... even make Orton black trunks if they have to
Evolution: Blue trunks HHH, blonde hair version of red/purple figure. Purple trunks Orton Black/Red Flair Black/maroon Batista

Nah people will just find a way to bitch and complain about not enough accessories or some other minuscule issue.

The point I thought was pretty obvious, not being under deals today doesn’t mean they won’t be in years to come.

It’ll literally never happen but I’d love to see another Heenan Family with a different attire Bobby with Haku, Rick Rude, and King Kong Bundy

Any chance of a 4 pack selling like hotcakes is ruthless aggression era Evolution pack. Other than that no one will pay the prices they will gonna charge.

I would probably come back to collecting if they did something like Hulk/Beefcake vs Savage/Zeus in a 4 pack, or DX with Chyna/Rude/civilian gear HBK and Triple H

nWo 2000 with Hart/Double J/Outsiders would sell. All have nWo shirts and title belts, would give us the 98-01 Tag belts finally. Evolution would sell. Hart Foundation 97 would sell like gang busters, especially if you made sure everyone had the Leather jackets with logos. The Ministry set with a new Paul Bearer and The Acolytes and you can recycle an Undertaker would be cheaper to make and sell great.
I agree some of these would just not move at retail. But an $99 RSC exclusive with some of the teams I just listed above would work.

Just one, Evolution. Go balls out with it. I’d get it. Beats me if enough people would buy it to it make it worth it for Mattel, but that’s what I would want. The problem with Evolution would be the deco hits on Orton & Batista with all those tats. Realistically the only thing I could see work would be Imperium. 2 sculpts are already made and those attires are plain Jane as hell. Id sacrifice a 4 pack for a 3 pack if they could add soft goods jackets.

Anyone else feel like it’d be a good time to revisit the Elite 4 Packs, this time non legends and legends we could get Hurt Business Undisputed Era Retribution Evolution Imperium DX Pat McAfee Dunne Oney Burch nWo Hogan Nash Hall and anyone , Bischoff would’ve been nice Nation of Domination Hart Foundation Pillman Bret Bulldog Anvil(Owen I wish) Corporation Ministry Probably more I’m forgetting The issue is the price point. One figure cost $19.99 these days for an Elite. The Goldberg/Bret Hart set with the US title was $49.99, and that set sucked. You were forced to get a bad Bret Hart figure just for the US title. It was a waste.

I loved the 6 pack they did of Rey Mysterio, Evolution. I would like Elite form for variety of characters.
Like imagine Edge
Debut Edge attire WrestleMania 2000 Attire King Of The Ring 2001 Attire WrestleMania 21 attire Vengeance 2007 attire WM 27 Attire. Just something capturing varieties in careers

Outside of maybe (and even these are stretches IMO) 2003 Evolution with belts, Hogan/Bischoff/Outsiders NWO, 97 Hart Foundation (minus Owen, with new attire and jackets), or perhaps a version of DX, there's really no other 4-packk that I see selling well enough to merit its existence either in-stores or even as an online exclusive.

Just something capturing varieties in careers I thought of this as well, but I think the issue is a vast majority of the wrestlers big enough to merit this treatment (Taker, HBK, Hogan, etc.) have had at least a version of the majority of their looks made in Elite form already. I would welcome any of those Edges though.

That would be a great set.

They would need something like that to sell the Zeus Yeah, Zeus would have to be in a 2-pack or 4-pack for him to sell through. Or as the collector's edition. He might work in the legends line if they did the attires from that event (SSL89) and the set was 2 or the Macho Man's, 1 of the Beefcake's, Hogan's, and Zeus' and the chase was Hogan as Rip with the white strapped WWF title. The only problem with the 4-pack idea is we probably wouldn't get Beefcake's ring jacket, Macho's robe, or Zeus' jacket. But if the 4-pack did come with all that, that would be awesome. Easy purchase for me.
