That's the ultra rare 1/1 Boogeyman Bill Miekina Mashup Edition. A $500 starting bid would be more than fair considering no reputable source has been able to confirm that it was ever meant to be released.

I definitely wouldn't mess with it. Some factory errors ruin the figure or look, but not this one.
