I have Verizon as a carrier & a Samsung phone. Since early today, I can't access my Emails, texts or Google. I went to the Verizon store & there were about 3 people ahead of me with the same problem. The tech guy thinks it might be because our phones are outdated. Mine is only 3 years old. Anyone else? Suggestions?

Verizon sucks. We had them as our home phone and internet provider but when we moved they thought our duplex was all one address instead of two separate addresses. We live on the one side and my brother lives on the other side. We were without internet for weeks. This was in the fall of 2005. We made multiple calls to Verizon and they said they would fix the problem. They never understood the house had 2 separate addresses. Finally we were so pissed off we switched to the phone company my Dad had his business phone with. We got rid of our cell phones with them too
