He wore the pants/boots combo in a title match on Nitro against Lex Luger on August 4th, 1997. But the gloves and bandana are different and he wore the Hollywood Rules shirt. And he had a regular mustache instead of the fu manchu. Maybe that help explains the mashup.

Sort of...they couldn't (or at least didn't) do the Terminator boots or shirt and he didn't have much prominent stubble at that event either.
