Is there a database that shows everyone who held a particular belt? Trying to think of specific world title designs that not too many people held. And not different variations of the same basic design but that specific title until it was officially changed. Off top of my head I know there’s:
Hogan 85 - Hogan
Hogan 86 - Hogan
Hogan Mystery Belt with Photo - Hogan
Smoking Skull - Stone Cold, Rock, Mankind
Big Green - Backlund, Sheik, Hogan
Andre Belt - no one unless you count Rip
Brahma Bull - no one
Real Worlds Champion (modified tag version) - Flair (although not an official title)
I’m sure there’s a bunch in the WWWF days held only once or twice by individuals. I’m guessing the 91 WCW wasn’t held by many. Wanna say Luger, Sting, Vader, Simmons, Flair (am I missing anyone?)

The Rated R SuperStar Spinner Championship Title Belt was only held by Edge and John Cena.
The Eco-friendly, WWE Planet Championship Title Belt was only held by Daniel Brayn and Kofi Kingston.
The Fiend's Universal Championship Title Belt was only held by the Fiend.

Undertaker technically held the Smoking Skull title when he won at Over the Edge 99 right? Sounds right. Was trying to think of Taker held it and only the time that came to mind was when he and Kane double pinned him which vacated the title. |

The first WWWF World Title was held by Buddy Rogers and Bruno.
Besides the first design, Bruno held at least seven different designs during his reign.
Pedro had two different titles that he held himself, before switching to the iconic design that guys like he and Superstar Billy Graham and Backlund wore. The only difference was the color of the strap.
Then we get to the Big Green with Backlund, Sheik, and Hogan.
Hogan has 85, 86, 86 V2, Mystery Title, First Winged Eagle.
This is where you can get technical if you want to. Savage had two winged eagles that only he wore. The first was from Hogan, the strap was cut/modified to fit Savage. Then Savage switched to the velcro version of the Winged Eagle. Savage wore the velcro Winged Eagle to the ring at Mania 5, but when Hogan celebrates, he has a non velcro version that was at ringside waiting for him.
The design of the Winged Eagle changed slightly over the years but it's still a Winged Eagle. After Mania 6, there were no more jewel plated Winged Eagles. Then you have the "Chipped Eagle" that guys like Flair, Hart, and Yoko held.

We including the belt strap colours too? Austin had the blue "attitude era" title after WM 14 but I think it was gone to black by the time he lost it to Kane. Technically that had the old logo too so I guess it's slightly different.

How about Moolah's belt? According to wwe it was only held by her & Wendi Richter when she won the belt. The next time Wendi was presented with the new women's blue belt

The undisputed title design only lasted around 3 years. It was only held by HHH, Hogan, Taker, Rock, Brock, Angle, Eddie, JBL, and Cena.
