There’s a difference between knowing your worth and being spoiled. Sasha was spoiled. Moxley knew his worth so he left on good terms to go prove it elsewhere.
The biggest difference here is that Moxely was not seen at the level of Rollins and Reigns in the eyes of WWE. He was never going to be The Guy, or even at Orton’s level. He was a reliable guy that was popular and can be thrown into the main event when they wanted. He believed he was more than that so he left in the best way possible to do so.
Sasha was not that. She was and has always been seen as a star in WWE’s eyes. Just because she briefly was not in the main event, she felt the need to unprofessionally walk out. Now she potentially is out of a job. And to anyone who says AEW will take her, then good, because the second she’s not champion, she’ll walk out of there too

I need more sources than Raj, he used to be right a lot, but man he has struck out a ton in the last year and a half. Like almost exclusively wrong about news he has broken. He may be right, but I have a hard time thinking that she got released under the radar and that no one else mentioned it first.

Good. Let's see if her attitude flies when she is on "Dark".

Good. Let's see if her attitude flies when she is on "Dark". I don’t think the internet can withstand the merging of AEW and Sasha stans.

She still walked out because she thought the ideas were sh*t and when they were accosted for saying such, they felt they were disrespected, which they were. People just come on here and say whatever, huh.

People just come on here and say whatever, huh. You basically just made the argument for “good that she’s gone” she was in the main event, in the title scene for the smackdown womens title and STILL walked out. At the end of the day, these people are actors who are given a script of what is suppose to happen and have some say sonic the layout of their match, but at the end of the day they are paid employees - not owners - employees who have to answer to those above them like many many many others do. She wasn’t happy? Then by all means go if that’s not what you want. But to act as if they were cheated or kept from the spotlight is ridiculous. She had been one of the most prominent featured athletes on the show. She just seems like a headache to deal with honestly. Not the first time she’s done this either. Best of luck to her if she is indeed released but she reminds me of warrior (even though he surely drew FAR more than Sasha has or will and has made more money than her too) but they seem similar in the aspect that from a owner standpoint they would be a nightmare to deal with due to their end later opinions of themselves. She’s talented, but no one is above the machine that is WWE.

Sasha is one of the absolute best womens wrestlers in not only current pro wrestling but wrestling history. She has an insanely big fan base and is an asset. It’s funny because the same people bashing her for walking praise people like Austin, Punk, Macho, and that dweeb Jim Hellwig. Not only that, a lot of them are the same ones that continuously just say weird sh** about women’s wrestling all together. This place really has weird aggression towards women, so I’m just going to ignore the rest of this thread after posting.
If she goes to AEW she will be the biggest female star they have. She will probably only build from there. Best of luck to her.

If I was Tony Khan I would not hire her. She has a bad attitude and a history of being difficult to work with.
She was the weakest of the Horsewomen and her ego made her insufferable.

I’ll believe it when I see it, but they should release her. I never was a fan tbh. She seemed like a spoiled b. She was over like rover, and probably did ok merch-wise, but she was overrated as a wrestler, and clearly a headache backstage. In my opinion it’s no real loss. Naomi is currently totally worthless, but she could be huge as the Bloodline’s female champion. She’s pretty awful on the mic, and she’d need to develop a vicious streak and dump all of her jumping ass attacks, but she can be salvaged if cooler heads prevail. If they don’t go that route though, they should just fire her too. They probably would’ve already if she wasn’t an Uce.
They may not have been super happy, but this is a job, not creative expression. If you’re not the caliber of a Hogan, Austin, Rock, Lesnar, or Cena (or Michaels and Reigns for some reason even though they don’t draw like the other 5) you don’t have a leg you stand on. Make suggestions, but choose your battles wisely, and at the end of the day just do what’s asked of you. Yes the writing is crap. Yes most of the writers are idiots who belong nowhere near wrestling, but you’re getting paid very well in a terrible economy with prices rising daily. Unless you’re being abused, deal with it. Life sucks, and then you keep living. I don’t think this was a hill to die on. If you want to be able to express yourself go to AEW…Actually, please don’t go to AEW.

Lol she was lowered out of the title picture to tag titles and then when she was going to be put back into the title picture with Ronda, she was going to lose. Which makes it even worse because she believes she’s above losing to the point she’ll walk out of the company. She was facing Ronda Rousey and acted as if she had to do the job in a 24/7 title match which cough (Becky Lynch did) and you didn’t see her walk out…

Unless you are under contract. At that point it's at the company's discretion to terminate your contract, sue you for breach of contract by not fulfilling obligations, or sit on it and not allow you to work elsewhere. That's why Colonel Mustafa Ali is still there, otherwise he'd have been long gone. Contract = shackle.

WWE needs Sasha Banks. If she was to be released the second noncompete expired. The women’s revolution that started with her and died with . WWE management will continue where ever she would wind up next.

Have to admit I can see this from both sides, I'm not exactly the hugest Sasha fan but she is definitly a draw, I can't see her going to any other promotion if she leaves to be honest I think she would probably venture into Hollywood.

Sasha has seemed to confirm on Twitter that she hasn’t been released. She said this is why she stays of social media and that people will believe anything they read.
