Anyone know any good methods to prevent further staining? I took my Unmatched 4 CM Punk hoodie and washed it while tucked into a sock, but will that be enough?

Wanting to know the same thing. I thought about taking a drop of detergent in a bowl of water and letting it soak for a bit.

I put mine in a sock and washed it and it has been on the figure ever since. No further staining.

Bought loose figures online with a couple of paint markings. I'd imagine they're talking about the shirt itself, not the figure. The issue with the shirts is that they don't get the excess dye out of the material before they make the shirts, so it leaches out onto the figure itself. Putting the shirts in something like a sock or a delicate garment bag and washing them helps get the ink out.

You could also take cloth goods and put them in a bowl of white vinegar. Helps to further set the ink so it won't come off and stain the figure.

It sounded weird to wash a figure in the washing machine, but I thought it was a legit thing at first hahaha. Good thing I didn't try that, but I may try that technique with my soft goods. Thanks.

If you wash the clothes inside of the sock do you only have to do it once or do you have to wash it multiple times for it to work? Definitely going to try this with some of my AEW figure clothing
