Hey guys. I’m in a desperate place here. As many of you know, I have suffered from depression and anxiety for years. In addition to that I have cerebral palsy and as I near 40 it has really taken a toll on me physically with pain and mobility issues.
I know at least some of you know I attempted suicide on 3/3/21, well, after my wife of nearly 8 years told me she didn’t love me anymore and wanted a divorce, I attempted again on 3/3/23 and nearly died. I was on a vent in the ICU in critical condition.
Somehow I am still here, but I currently have no income and less than 10 dollars in the bank. I have applied for disability, but that is a long process, and in the meantime I need to establish a functioning home for myself and my daughter who is 6 years old.
I have found an apartment that will take me in spite of the lack of income but I still need to be able to cover any possible overages on utilities as well as keep phone service.
In addition to this I am essentially starting completely over and need many things such as towels, wash cloths, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates etc etc.
The list goes on and on. I have reached a point where I feel I have no choice but to reach out for help, so I have created a go fund me.
