Something tells me that Vince McMahon is not a fan of Shotzi's due to her look with the belief that she does not fit the mold of what a female wrestler in the WWE should look like. Shotzi's situation is very similar to AEW's Ruby Soho with the feeling that a woman with a bunch of piercings and tattoos does not fit the ideal mold of a female WWE wrestler who is platinum blonde and has implants. Thoughts?

My thoughts are for all the tattoos and tank and pyro gun and colorful hair and attire, you’d think she’d be just a tad bit more entertaining at this point its just not going to happen.

No. She's being pushed down for having little to no skill. She's awful in the ring and on the mic.

Shotzi did hardcore wrestling a lot on the indys I believe, right??
She can't get away with that here in WWE and her wrestling skills suck. She just has nothing special about her except her look but honestly, a girl that has dyed hair and tattoos.... that's Rhea Ripley. She has the fan base there.

Shotzi's look, music and attitude screams mega star.
If she was better in the ring and mic she could be a top star in the division.

I don't understand how their merchandising department hasn't taken one look at Shotzi's entrance and seen millions in replica helmets and toy tanks.

I don't understand how their merchandising department hasn't taken one look at Shotzi's entrance and seen millions in replica helmets and toy tanks. It's like they don't even enjoy making money because if I had someone under contract that I knew could be making me tons of money in merch sales, I'd push them. For instance, why there's not a black and white tee that simply says "YEAH!" to go against the classic b&w "WHAT?" shirt is beyond me. I feel like if she changed the missiles on the tank's turret to one of those similarly shaped cannons that shoot bundled up t-shirts, it would take her entrance even farther but that's just me. She doesn't even have to shoot her own shirts only. Toss a Rhodes shirt, Bloodline shirt and a Shotzi shirt in the cannon and make it a guessing/surprise thing for the fans. She has the look, the entrance, the gimmick. All she needs is a bit of work on the mat and the mic and she's made. |

Everything about her makes me cringe, her name, her inring ability, her mic skills. The only interesting thing about her is her look. However Rhea Ripley has the unusual hair and tattoo look already and actually has ability and skil.

From seeing her in her NXT days, the entrance and all I thought she might do well on the main roster. To be honest, she's a bit boring. Her look is unique, but that's really all she's got.

Yeah, Rhea looks way worse but she's their top star for the next 10 years. So it's something more with Shotzi. Even Bliss, Dakota, Asuka, and Liv have a lively wild look. And they're all doing great. Well, not Dakota.

I loved Shotzi’s indie stuff and her NXT stuff, but anyone can see she has had some opportunities that she just unfortunately came up short on and wrestling is a next person up business.

I do think she’s a good example of the majority of the women’s division now who lack actual star quality.
Rhea & Belair aside there isn’t any of them that look capable of reaching the heights that Becky, Flair or even Alexa Bliss level of popularity/notoriety.
There’s a lot of work to be done for the division as a whole because I do feel it has dipped off from where we were 3-4 years ago. I think it’s important for there to be others to go along with Rhea & Belair because 2 stars is not enough for a division. Yes you have the old guard still around for now but they have also fizzled out themselves.
Everyone could see what the top two were going to become before they did but I don’t see that it factor in any other woman on the rosters right now.
It would be nice to see some of them step it up a bit and bring new life to their own performances which is where I think Shotzi has some road to tread down but she looks lazy to me. She’s where I’d expect her to be right now - not great at much or hasn’t shown to be and I don’t find her to be attractive myself.
I see shotzi, I just think okay and??

I agree with you besides Iyo, there is something organic going on with her and the audience. She has the opportunity to really become a big star in the next year. I do think large majority of the audience see Liv as a big star. That being said, down in NXT there are several who are growing as performers week to week and really could be something in the next few years. |

I can probably name close to 10 or more in NXT right now that could take advantage of Shotzi's spot more then she has. Imo her and Ruby has done better because of their looks instead of it being a detriment to them
