Top stars typically do not do free signings and you have to pay a pretty big price to go to the "platinum" or "platinum VIP" photo ops. Usually guys like Hogan, Roman, Rollins, Becky, Cody, etc. are behind large paywalls, like $200-$300+ for your brief chat and a photo. I've never done one at Axxess but I've spent some decent money at WrestleCon meeting big names like Stone Cold and HBK.
Tons of free people to meet. They will release a schedule of who is signing on what days/times closer to the event. If you want to meet any of the free people, run to the line and get as close as you can to the front. Lines last hours and sometimes you'll be lining up for a talent and their timeslot will expire and they'll bring someone else in. Now you wasted all that time just to meet someone you didn't want to.
There's a ton to do so get there before your session starts so you can get in the admissions line and get in quickly. Make sure to research right where the event is taking place because they're often in huge convention complexes and you don't want to try walking around the entire building finding Axxess.
Don't make too many plans around the day you're going so you don't have to rush.
If you're a collector, bring lots of cash. Once in a lifetime opportunities to buy some incredible memorabilia pieces but they are not cheap.
KNOW THE BAG POLICY BEFORE YOU GO!!!! You do not want to be stuck walking back to the car or whatever your options are if you Uber'ed and they do not allow certain types of cargo, or no bags at all. Typically they approve like these little clear plastic tote bags with the WM logo on the side. I think they're cheap and they're approved for most of the festivities all weekend.
I hope Fanatics does a good job with this. I think they will. But Axxess pre-pandemic was something else, just so much fun. I haven't been to Axxess since 2019 and when I went to WM37 they didn't have Axxess. I hope its still just as much of a good time.
Have a blast!
