I decided to dig out my Genesis this evening, and boy am I glad I did. I found my copy of WWF Raw and have been really reliving my childhood days. This game is so funny and fun. Does anyone else have fond memories of this or any of the other WWF Genesis games?

I remember playing Royal Rumble for the Sega Megadrive (Genesis), but I was always a SNES person, I still have two consoles and over 60 games!

I remember playing Royal Rumble when I was little and having my mind blown because they put 9 people in the ring at the same time, I miss the good times

I had it for the Game Boy, which pretty much sucked in terms of graphics and gameplay. Royal Rumble on SNES, though, is one of my favorite wrestling games of all time. Six-man tags and Royal Rumble matches were the best, especially when you'd try to eliminate everyone in record time.

I have mixed feelings about RAW before it was released I remember seeing a preview for it in a UK magazine called gamesmaster and the first thing I saw was Luna. So I thought to my self that if they have put Luna in the game then they must have a crap load more wrestlers than Rumble. So I was very dissapointed with the roster.
I want to add the 32X version of RAW while it has nothing major differnt there is quite a few little touches that make it more fun.

I absolutely loved RAW and Royal Rumble. I lived off those things from 1993(RR) until War Zone came out in 1998, and even after that, I still played them. My fondest memory of RAW was when I won the Rumble on Difficulty 8 with Undertaker back in 1996. As for Rumble, I just remember when I was 3 or 4, I beat that game with everyone (despite me SNES freezing multiple times) in one day.

Ill take my super nintendo over my ps2 anyday, not for the wrestling games but for the old mario games. But back to topic, yes WWF Raw was great, mainly for Doink. The games back then didnt have to be so much based on graphics and story mode, it was just something you could sit and play for hours and not get bored with. Rumble was awesome, so was WM Arcade. The only old WWF game I havent had a chance to play other than the ones for the original Nintendo is WWF WrestleFest, which id die to play, that game looks sweet.

I love Raw on SNES, I still play it sometimes, when I get bored. Playing it with friends was awesome, but most/all of my friends have grown away from wrestling really, so I am left to play by myself . I too liked this game, not for it's graphics but it's gameplay and stuff. I didn't really like the NES wrestling games, I thought they were crap all around. Has anyone ever played the WWF game on Sega Cd? Is it any good? Looks awesome with the cage and the roster they have for it.

My favorite part of Raw will ALWAYS be beating the crap out of the ref. Eventually he gets so pissed, he just throws up his arms and leaves the ring.

Maaan. I rented that game quite a few times, then my local video store moved on and stopped renting out Genesis/SNES games...and I NEVER found that game again. I love it.
I did have WWF Royal Rumble though which was fun.

RAW and Royal Rumble are two of my all time favorite wrestling games. Sitting around with some friends, playing the Royal Rumble on RAW Was so much fun! What I really loved was that little tournament you could hold. I'd always pick Bret, and my cousin would pick Owen and we'd go through everyone in tornado tag matches! What fun.
