I was going through some of my old figures that I had in the basement. I came across this Austin. Obviously it is from Wrestlemania 15. But was it a mail away, or an exclusive ? Also, does anyone know how rare it might be ? I looked in the database, but I didn't see it. It is possilble I overlooked it I guess. I will probably be putting it in the classifieds if anyone is interested. Just looking for some info. Thanks...........

It wasn't a mailaway, it was available at KB toys through a promotion. i remember having like 3 or 4 myself and my KB was overrun with them for month. not sure of its value now though

I still have the mailaway one. There was no carding in the plastic, just the figure. I believe the paint job design is slightly different

I have it, too! We should start a club and get jackets printed with that figure on the back.

I used to have a Kurt Angle WM mail away that was like that. It was a TTL with hair, probably around 2000-2001 or so.

I remember a long time ago my TRU had the WM2000 stand set up and there was bunch of those at one end - probably 30-40 and they were going for like$5 - I neve picked one up - I remember the last 3 or so stayed there for a long time - like the Jacqueline fig.

I dont think its worth anything right now but i would hold on to it and leave it in the plastic and in years to come it might be worth something i never thought my old ljn's would be worth anything but i found some still on card and i got a good amount for them so i would hold on to it.

No, it's not worth much at all right now.
Like the guy above me said, maybe in 10-15 years, who knows?

They also used to give away figures like that for ordering PPV events. I know there's a Royal Rumble Austin figure from I think 1998.

Yeah, it's definitely from KB Toys because I've got a couple in my collection. I think it was during the WrestleMania XV time period where if you spent something like $30 or more at KB Toys, you would get the Austin figure for free. I'm pretty sure that's how it went.
