Sometimes, no matter how perfect a figure looks, one or two part switches can really make the difference. Rather it be a hand or two, or even so much as an entire torso or leg swap.
What is your favorite part swap?
I recently bought CS 15 Shawn Michaels, and noticed that arm bands didn't really match the head scan. I don't have any other HBK heads, so I instead changed the lower arm of Michaels from AD Hass. So now Michaels has two plain lower arms with white wrist tape.
That mixed with the head scan and entrance attire looks just like the HBK before WM21, when he still wore his tights. I love it.
How about you?

Well this isnt exactly a part switch.... But i painted my RA Orton figure's wrist tape black since he doesnt wear white wrist tape, and it looks amazing. And dude, That Elijah Burke sig is amazing.

I head swapped all 3 CM Punk figures with the DA head. And did an arm swap on WM23 Punk so he had coloer tattoos.
I also Torso swapped DA10 HBK with an RA cruiserweight torso.

I did that same fix-up with my HBK, too, since I already had the MSJ figure.
I do a ton of fix-ups on pretty much a daily basis, so it's hard to narrow it down to one favorite. My most recent fix-up that I did today was my IE Tazz figure with the Mr. Perfect singlet torso to make him more accurate for his ECW days.

Evolution!
Bought the three pack With TTL flair, trashed the TTL falir. I don't like TTL's
Craked them all open & gave a evolution T-shirt to Orton with tights, HHH with tights.
Bought an extra Evolution orton on Ebay and gave Batista a shirt with his tights.
Placed them all beside a Flair in a suit. click my sig below to see pics

Randy Ortons Summerslam PPV fig. Switched the head with his current scan. Gave him the big version of the heavywieght title and painted it. Since the head switch it is my favorite fig.
also I switched McMahons DA 9 scan with the Paul heyman from Heyman Hiedenrich ad pack. The vince looks in his suit looks awesome. Looks like Vince from the stone cold era/attitude era.

I ususally swap hand and arms.... for either tattoo's, or gloves/ tap hands...
