I got my CS 16 set in the mail this week, and I did two fix-ups that were much needed to make the set all that much better.
First, is Sycho Sid. The boots they gave him were obviously inaccurate, so I gave him Big Show lower legs and painted the white socks to match his look from the WWF. It's much more accurate now, plus he's also taller.

X-Pac was also very dissapointing to me. In addition to being way taller than his 1-2-3 Kid figure, he also had heavyweight arms. Last I checked, Sean Waltman didn't grow 5 inches and gain 24 inch pythons when he came back to the WWE as X-Pac. So I gave him RA 26 Regal arms that are much more accurate. I still have to give him the shorter kickers, though.

This is just a CS Hercules that I threw together completely out of spare parts. The head doesn't really work, but meh...it's just a simple fix-up more than anything. Maybe I'll work on finding a better head eventually for him.
CS Hercules
I got my ECW 3 set in the mail last month and I had absolutely no use whatsoever for the Tazz figure. I put a Paul Bearer head on him so he's actually shorter than the Undertaker now. The figure actually looks 100x better with the Paul Bearer head instead of Tazz's.

Finally, we have RA 29 Edge; one of the most dissapointing figures in a while. I gave him the Cruiserweight RA torso since it's much more accurate for his physique. I also gave him a left arm with the larger sun tattoo, and swapped his left hand for one of the semi-opened ones since I HATE the one hand closed, one open combo.
More importantly, I redid the tights the way they should have looked. I painted more grey and added black so now it actually looks like the camo design. I slapped on some knee pads, and now it's perfect.
