I mean i understand he is great on the mic and he is a breath of fresh air, a great wrestler, and everyone is excited about his return and I am too, but for how long?
and do u guys think he will just fade away into the midcard scene in the future?

Well, there ALWAYS big excited and hyper when wrestler finally arrived or new comer from other company (Such as Goldberg, he never wrestle at WWF/WWE before he arrived WWE) Then the excited and hyper will fade out at end.
I do remember EVERYONE was talk about Goldberg coming to WWE, when he finally make his turn up and feud with The Rock. All crowd was over the top, then next few month later all crowd lost the interest in Goldberg.

jericho, to a degree has always reminded me of owen hart in his absolute style versatility. he can really fit into any division. he's also got a helluva lot of talent and charisma, which helps.

Why do we have to always defend ourselves when it comes to wrestlers we like?
I have been a big fan of his for a long time. Why do i have to give reasons?

I don't think Jericho's going to drop to the midcard until another year or two. If he stays in the midcard for too long, then he's probably going to request his release again.
