Carlito has rescinded his notice and has agreed to stay with WWE.
He had a meeting with Vince McMahon at RAW and McMahon convinced him to stay.
WWE decided right now for a variety of reasons that they didn't want to lose him even though he had been unhappy with the promotion for months.

I hope they move him back to smackdown. he could really thrive there again. raw has too many big names, carlito would never move up there.

Probably just an assumption since he's in a Ladder match on Raw.

Yeah maybe Vince offered him another IC title run. He beat Jeff thanks to Triple H accidently doing something to screw over Hardy. The IC title is pointless on Jeff anyways.

If he wins the Intercontinental title he might stay, but as of right now I'm just taking this as speculation.

Me thinks HHH might come and distract jeff in his match causing him to drop the strap 2 carlito. Would be cool if HHH was just standing on the outside clapping while jeff is climbing the ladder - jeff asks him what the hell is he doin there - HHH plays the innocent card and just says he is there to watch him - in all this time - carlito shoves jeff off the ladder and grabs the belt - perfect!

Shame - I was hoping I wouldn't have to see him anymore... and he better not take the belt from Hardy...
